Depends what content you're doing. It's going to most likely be different for someone that only does open world, only does Legendary/Master, only does raids, etc. Could be a mix if you want to do all. You can also have up to 4 characters, so maybe one character with builds for each type of content. Lot of factors to consider lol.

probably with galvanize is you gotta do very specific status effects and have armor cores to benefit from
Applying Blind, Ensnare, Confuse, or Shock to an enemy grants 50% of your armor as bonus armor to you and all allies within 30 meters of that enemy for 10 seconds.
scorpio only confuses and the shock only comes if you hit 9ish shots, forget when the disorient (confuse) part of scorpio hits

because of this season if you wanted to do the bonus armor support thing. can go with tardigrade and if you got advanced materials level 5 can go that route. giving people unbreakable on demand kind of thing

The weekly reset has already happened and they didn't go down.

For that money they would have fixed everything in the game with more contracted coders, DLCs would drop faster, more events would flow, dark zone would get attention, additional missions would be created, more raids and incursions. Or maybe they'd work more on Division 3 and give us a sneak peek or an in-game cinematic. OR, they'd just say "we regret to announce that Division 2 servers will be permanently shut down on Christmas Eve 2025" and invest elsewhere.
