According to Yannick: the Spec Rework is on the backburner until it can be worked on properly, since they weren't happy with the previous version they were planning on implementing.
Their focus at the time was on the DLC release, but that's since moved on, so we can be more hopeful for it in the future.

Having the same problem. Tux, DJ Tickle, and even that yellow raincoat guy made a video covering the true drop chances for this extended caches event. Loads of comments saying the same issue, and that's because the loot pool for them is way too diluted and the drop chances are so insanely low. It's almost not worth grinding if you're spending more time getting nothing. To be optimistic though, I got 1 Lexington and I got a dupe Nimble Holster I wanted. Chose today to take a break, going to try for a second Lexington tomorrow

So if you ever wondered how many filaments it'll take to go from expertise 0 to expertise 30 solely off of donating printer filaments alone, multiply 3k by how many total items to expertise. That's how much it'll cost in filaments alone. Then figure out how many filaments scav points give you per 50 points

I've calculated it once before and if I recall correctly, it's a little over 2-5 million (very rough estimate) to go from 0 to 30

And every season before that we didn’t have stretch goals but the seasons cache would give the same loot every time, to get the new gear. Just make a final measure build out of it.

Likely what's going on in your region is the server is lagging behind due to whatever issues. If they're having faults, it can create queue lines and stability issues. Had it happen here over in the US where the game forced a UNIFORM-01 error due to a crash. Was back up within minutes. Doesn't sound like your case obviously, but doing a VPN might work. Playing a little bit is better than not playing at all, even if you have to jump thru a few hoops

It seems that the more sweaty I play and the better I do the NPCs actually start having faster movement and better use of cover. This is true when doing the same content at the same difficulty level. I'm not sure I'd call this much of an event. The season modifiers have been fun and the warrior wasp is interesting, but otherwise it is the same content as the previous weeks.

I think what they should do is allow all global events (golden bullet, Hollywood, the zombie headshot one) become an option at the stretch so people can have more variety as they grind

That would be a crazy grind. I guarantee you can get a raid exotic in a day by engaging with the LFG raid groups/chats/discord

This, I got the Regulus and Eagle Bearer dropped to me by some random kind soul after the raid/incursion. There are people that run it weekly for fun

I mean, am I unhappy with the drop rates? hell yeah, bet your ass on that. but is this event a total bust? nah. Id say im content with it in terms of being able to get a dupe nimble holster (2 actually) before it gets added to next seasons loot pool

So it means the seasonal modifier bonus (red triangle on enemies) and if you start with 6 red cores you will be at firearms tier 4 already. Basically kill red icon enemies and use a red build. Will show you somewhere on your screen red, blue, yellow tiers 1-5 until full then they show an image and stay lit up.

I also got another lexington as well so walking away with 2 nimble's and 1 lex wasnt a total bust

I must have crazy luck as I got a Lexington on day 1 and an eagle bearer this morning. I came by to see if everyone else is celebrating their wins. Guess not. 😭
