i kinda like to know how the chances work for looters, this formula is helpful: 1 - ((1 - [drop chance])^attempts) = probability of success

so if you know the drop chance and whatever probability of success you want, you can solve for attempts and you get: ln(1 - drop chance)/ln(1 - prob. of success) = attempts

i had read the lex was a 3% drop, so i used that in the equations, but i dont know how someone found that 🤷

id guess getting a bonus is like a 10% chance, then youd have to account for the entire loot pool and dilute the lex down to that point

this is your server network node instance you are playing on .. i.e. US Central or US East or Asia or Europe etc.. they are just temporary restarts so you will be kicked out of the game or you logout/log back in in 2-3 mins.. sometimes if you played with someone on a different server (their session) you might get that warning but if you take your session back and you are on your own server nodes/location the message about server restarting will still persist even though you won't be kicked out and your server is not going to restart.

Badger chest with Obliterate or Unbreakable or Badger BP with Bloodsucker or Opportunistic. Hunters Fury or Striker decides whether you go BP or Chest for badger. Firewalls Striker Crusader Shield.

Strongholds are the best choice, Missions a somewhat distant second, everything is kinda meh.

Backfire became "meta" because seasonal modifiers made it easier to use without killing yourself. But it has always been good. All the people with really well made Striker/Backfire builds will still shred content.

i don't know since i didn't have a striker build so it felt lacking what i managed to put together for the time i had

it's just strikers with a bunch of hazpro (depends how much you are comfortable with), and either that named yaahl mask or yaahl chest, which is harder to get

oh and yeah memento

i tried running it without the modifiers and it still works, but sometimes gotta be a bit more careful or i guess add more hazpro

Just run a typical strikers build, Whether you use memento or not is up to you. Once you reload 3 timmes or get to max stacks you'll stop bleeding. If you bleeding constantly and its a problem, thats the game telling you that youd be better off with another weapon because your not keeping your stacks up

If you only look at your damage numbers when your at max stacks then its not making a massive difference, but it does make a big differece as your building up the backfire
