I wouldn't worry too much about a build until you've hit the gear cap. Of course you can try to get some synergy going, but if you get a better piece of gear, then you should use it. Do you have the WoNY DLC?

St. Elmos is arguably the most reliable gun in the game. But you can definitely get better results with some other guns. I run St. Elmos on my "generalist" build for general activities and open world. But this season St. Elmos has taken a backseat a bit because this is really the season of Backfire (another gun I love).

Another alternative route that they can give for system corruption to buff the gear set would be to slightly increase the damage, decrease the cooldown timer. 20s > 15s. With chest from 15s > 10s

I currently use it in cqb. I also use it for complete pulse immunity. Most people tend to get into a fight with me and I start to run away as soon as my armor gets low and they think they're about to win the fight until I proc the talent and I shred through their armor with it. They also can't see my name plate for 5 seconds either especially if my decoy is currently on cooldown. So that means they have no idea how much armor I truly have. I think keeping the name plate hidden for 5 seconds should stay within the gear set, but definitely it needs more weapon damage from the talent and the talent needs to stay active for longer. With a clip that I'll be uploading to my YouTube channel, the duration and how quickly it goes away will absolutely show you why the gear set under performs a good majority of the time. I had a fight last for longer than 5 seconds and it ended up being my death

This is not how it works. Each damage type is added up in buckets and then multiplied with all the others. It makes no difference the order they are multiplied in (4x9x13 = 13x4x9). CHD is additive with other CHD, weapon damage is additive with other weapon damage.

Yes. Checkpoints are a great way to get quick levels and points. They'll give you spec points for doing the CP and gaining a level will also give points. You need 168 spec points to max out a spec I believe. You get 3-5 per cp and same per level

The part of the talent is the ability to ADS when on fire. If you can't ADS in pvp, you're a walking decoy basically. Can't fight back besides hip fire. If you get lit on fire, you can still fight back with added WD. As well as the other benefits

Even with the build I was talking about it won’t do that because helmets on elites are like the same with the heavy armored units the armor counts as a separate hitbox than the actual head so when you hit a perfect headshot it destroys armor so you have to hit it again so I usually go for those guys last.
