Ah okay you've got that old glitch.
You need to fast travel to the location, then try and change the difficulty of the "story" one.
If that doesn't work, you're going to need to replay it on Story again before you can run it on Legendary.

All the Strongholds can only be played on Legendary if its the base version, which should be in white text, with no Invaded icon.

Legendary requires a huge amount of game knowledge, mechanics and a good build to keep you up. Not saying it's impossible, but if you're that new, try it and if you think you can't handle Leg at that point, come back to it when you feel ready enough to beat White Tusk.

Twitch Drops can sometimes take a while to all go through.
Although do make sure that the cosmetic stuff didn't just go straight to your menu, without a "new" icon being involved.

Steam basically just acts as the game key holder, Ubisoft connect is what actually gets used to launch the game. And yes, you'll still have your agent. All data is stored on a server. Not on your physical machine. You can make progress playing steam and then swap to Ubisoft launcher. I own div 2 on both steam and Ubisoft launcher

The kneepads + chest they're using is the reason why their build does no damage lol. Turmoil nerfs output by 50% and acts like a worse version of Nego. It feels that way because I played during the times when striker had the damage it did before. I'm noticing that the content FEELS harder because I personally know striker used to be stronger. They nerfed it recently. Additionally, I'm judging based off of the Brooklyn DLC right now. It's harder because the enemies there are harder hitting. Due to the recent nerfs, we don't get damage as fast anymore. I agreed because of the fact that I knew striker used to be stronger until they needlessly changed it. That's where I'm coming from. My striker setup has not changed since before nerf and after nerf. The damage difference was definitely noticeable. Used to body crit for 1.2m and now at best I body crit for 950k

U go to division 2 on ubi Connect go to rewards then find the purple outfit stuff and claim it, although Ive heard console having trouble claiming it

it will give you stacking buffs, you get those buffs by killing enemies that have them and then adding it to yours

enemies with blu circle above their head start with more health, red simbol gives them more damage, yellow resistance to skills and other stuff

i belive the front "face" of it counts as head, so it's possible to od headshot damage to it
