yep, Once points are used on any character they cannot be used again..

if you have four characters and you have material sharing enabled then you can use the same points on each character to max out everything, after May 27 you won't be able to.. so use them now because later you won't be able to..

Also, whatever you have as SHD points gets deleted and replaced with you current SHD level in points. So if you have 20,000 shd points on your guy and your level is 4,000 then you will loose the 20k and it will be replaced with 4k.

It's the points on your watch. Some people have a lot trust me. And they all go away and revert to your watch nuber.

It means this is the last opportunity to utilize mules. There is a strategy for going past material limits, kinda overstocking mats. You grind a mule up without buying shared mats blueprint. Fill all mats on the mule , buy blueprint then delete. Your shared mats pool will be past the 9999 limit. Would also stash cash on each alt since that's not shared and could become a bottleneck if overlooked

You can also set your skill mods to auto deconstruct, take some wastchpoints as cash, and buy skill mods at a vendor. These ski mods auto decon to pinter filament. It's cheaper, but slower tho.

actually, i think direct watch -> Printer Filament is the cheapest way for expertise over Cash -> Mod -> PF.
used to be around 227 scav to buy the mods necessary to break and donate. previously watch only gave 10pf/scav point and cost 300scav/proficient item..
Now at 15pf/scav the edge goes to direct watch -> Printer Filament . the same **227 scav ** returns 3400 printer filament now.
so yeah, dont use as Cash -> Mod -> PF . ill edit my above to reflect this

tbh, this is the time to use points for expertise. there are gonna be a lot of agents that will still burn through whatever they have for points because of optimizing and expertise upgrades. itll stretch further in the new season, but it is still finite. there will be more seasons and weapon droping for however long they keep td2 going.

for reference, getting 1 alt up to speed for running projects with my main builds nego/striker/eclipse cc,fire/and basic non unicorn mortar coth me around 13000 scavenging points, and that wasnt including expertise .

1/3 costs would still have that alt costing ~4300 scav

Hey I don’t really use discord so sorry if this is the wrong server to voice my concerns but with this new patch coming to the Division 2 I feel like the patch to mules is a very bad call… lots of high SHD levels players are running endless mules and getting tons of materials over the cap… most player can’t hit the material cap on the watch if they did run a mule my concern is that this is gonna further the gap between low SHD level players and veteran players that are gonna be running mules wayyy above the cap… If they patch out mules crafting god rolls is gonna be nearly impossible and even high SHD players will eventually run out of materials… if they lower the cost of crafting and expertise and or give more materials per SHD level that also benefits high level players the most they definitely need to rethink this change… I’d prefer giving low SHD players 5x xp until they hit at least 2 or 3k that way they could also join the 1k DZ and have lots of loot because of the caches and they’ll also have SHD points to spend optimizing gear and weapons… sorry if this is long just trying to voice my concerns!

Right now veteran players and players who know how to mule farm are either doing invaded DCD headquarters all directives and if you are in a clan or have buddies that can help you out they can each run one of those missions and you come in with your 30 character and shoot the last enemy once and once they kill them you get like 2 levels and if multiple buddies run that for you…you could finish a mule in like 10-20 minutes if you know what you are doing or they are doing the classified mission National bond bank running that over and over to level up the mules

Right now you could start in NY get to haven you’ll be level 31 after have buddies run invaded missions for you join them up at the end of the mission shoot the last enemy and if they are running it on heroic all directives you should be boosted like 2 levels per run and some of those missions are very short you could easily get it done in like 20 minutes if you got a few buddies running it for you

we were a duo and wasn't taking any chances
so i'd fast travel to the safe houses, he'd follow
i'd fast travel to the next safehouse while he's grabbing the objectives
then we'd start on the missions and go to each mission minus the last one, then do the ojectives from the safehouses. usually he's at 39 so we'd watch for some high experience activity and complete those until he's 40 then we'd goto last mission and complete it so he got his watch and then swap booster and boostee and run it again

so, you think that not being able to mule hurts low level players. you also dont want a level 40 boost, partially because it means mules need to be patched. you advocate for many more(or continuous for low shd) 3x-5x xp events (which i think are good as well).
so, the fact that an agent leveling 30-40 cant take advantage of the 3x-5x events until they have a watch, doesnt concern you? you were also telling another new agent they shouldnt bother with a mule right now because they are too low of a level. so its not really new players that are see a meaningful impact from patched mules. its the mid to high level vets that see the impact a lot more. getting a new agent right to 40 and able to take advantage of these high xp events should be a win for low level agents... i actually think this is a good change. it forces older agent s to think how they spend again, gives new agents ability to build up their end game stats immediately if they choose. devs are also replenishing a full compliment of points just to make sure everyone has something after the patch.

It's meant to be more of a "oh cool", if you do get it, rather than a specific farm.

Yeah that's very much not this kinda game. Div2 is slow, it's measured. Even your movement speed/parkour stuff feels like you're moving through taffy.

The living aspects of the world are what they are, I wouldn't bet on them being changed for div2 after just shy of 7 years.

• Allow fire support missions from theater settlement (Because they said automated defenses as a upgrade :>)
• Upgrade friendly NPC Squads as a permanent presence in capturing Control points
• Upgrading friendly NPC equipment and capabilities
• Scale friendly NPC Squad DPS to make them feel more useful

run grand washington to get a blueprint then head to summit with MMR targeted and pray it drops

otherwise you can have someone who did this run countdown/summit with you with MMR target loot and if they get it share it to you

or if you want to go the whole mile, get the MMR adrestria from tidal basin, get each of the parts in each of the strongholds and not sure if you need some kind of specific MMR in the project to put it together or not
