You can still roll up brand new chars, boost to 30, and roll priority objs on every one and abandon anything that doesn't look good, it's basically 4 rerolls per session

my recommendation is to do that while knocking out manhunt goals. Mix it up so you're doing manhunt while your rerolls are refreshing their 1 hour timeout, that kind of thing

bro I can't play but I'm still doing very well with bighorn. If you are running around you are unkillable. When I was playing this build vs other bighorn regen builds 1v2 they couldnt kill me for like 3 minutes

Took me about 4 days not dedicated to my new character to go from lvl 30-40 with dc missions, priorities focused on xp as a solo. It’s brutal idk if ny has higher tier missions or more xp but it definitely takes a lot.

You could try doing decent I want to just to do the math it may be 1 lvl per 4 loops or close under 700k per level so maybe 2 at the beginning of level 31-34
(Side note)(starting in ny actually starts ur character at lvl 31 after the tutorial so free level) haven’t done much else to test as i just started 3 other characters. (Majority solo)

As a PVE player, it's absolutely worth it. Been playing Division 2 since 2019. TD1 before that. it's a big game, lots to do, alot of hours to grind. I have very little interest in the PVP part of the game. Co-op and multiplayer together with other agents is alot of fun though.
