The team behind the game are doing alot with what limited scope they have, but expect to see changes to how the season system operates coming in October.

Targeted Loot and Directives do help with that rate, especially the former when paired with Countdown.

tl;dr run Countdown (CD) on Chall', set TL to what type of loot, and buy an Exotic Cache with the Countdown Credits every 2-3 runs from the laptop at the White House, near the chopper but closer to the front gate.

To answer your missed question, it's still active. Highly recommend getting the game but only if it goes on sale. Its soon to be 6 years past it's initial release date and I highly doubt you wanna pay full retail price for an older game

Well, in total you get a 13% chance every single run you do (wright + lovebirds + crate opening = 1 + 2 + 10 = 13%). Do take into account that this is only a percent chance every run. Its never guaranteed. While you have a 13% chance to get it for every run (assuming you can always open the crate at the end), you still have an 87% chance of not getting the Ouroboros every single time

I've played with people who have ran Incursions/IH/DH more than dozens of times and cannot get the exclusive guns to drop for the life of them. There's 1 person I met who has done DH well over 30+ times and has yet to pull their own Eagle Bearer. Its all up to RNGesus to decide if he wants to bless you or condemn you lol

You can look up a probability calculator and play around with that, but each run will give you 3 independent 1% chances at a drop, and the first run of the week per character will give you a 10% chance from the box.

If you want to do the math yourself for number of attempts, the equation would look like this:

1-(0.99^# of bosses defeated x 0.9^ # of boxes opened)

No matter how high you go you'll technically never reach 100%, but you will infinitely approach it over time. 300 bosses defeated, so 100 runs completed, would result in a 95% chance of a drop from the boss. If you add in 10 attempts at the box to that, you reach a 98% chance.

Also keep in mind many people running already have the ouro and will drop it for those that don't. Ultimately don't stress about the chances, the drops do come.

There's a lot I believe needs change. Like keeping Level zones different. And if you want every enemy to be the same level as you, just add an option for it.
This would actually give players a real feeling of progression and make them feel like they're getting stronger. As for missions, you can decide whether or not to toggle it, but it will match your level by default.

Hell I wouldn't even mind if they did another level cap increase IF they introduced a system to level items alongside yourself. It can clearly be done. Expertise proved that.

And it would give level zones a purpose since you can always just go back to level your older loadouts.

You need to unlock the project for it.

First you need to complete two other projects that have to do with Foundry Bulwark and Future Initiative Gear Sets.

Once you do those, the Project for Regulus unlocks.

Also it's time gated. And the reset is tomorrow. If you want to get it done faster, now is the best time to do it.

Because you're not gonna get enough foundry materials in one run.

You need a minimum of 80 Ironworks Base Materials. 40 To donate for each gear set project.

The Chest and Backpack aren't as bad anymore now that they drop anywhere.

But the base material only drops once a week. And I'm pretty sure you only get about 30-ish in a weekly run.

I legit said it's 1% for every boss (there's 3) and 10% off the crate (again, assuming you open the crate every time). If you have 4 characters, you can do incursion up to 4 times with a 13% chance to get the gun for those runs. After those 4 times, it drops down to 1% per boss, making 3% chance per run. No, probability doesn't work in the way you thought I interpreted it. You can't just flip a coin twice and have it be 100% heads or tails. Hence why I said in my rant, "you have an 87% chance to not get the gun every time" (again, assuming you can hit the crate every single time. After 4 runs, it drops down to 97% chance to not get the gun). Not to sound rude but did you even read half of what I wrote?

Target practice timers depend of the world difficulty. Getting to normal difficulty will make it go from herculean to doable.

The timer doesn't reset between each round, so just do the first few faster and you'll have more time later on.

Just learn where every target is before you start and then shoot them quickly enough.

You'll eventually have muscle memory on their location.

Nerf was that you only get 1 stack per shot in PvP content compared to PvE content where 1 shot gives 2 stacks, so in PvE 50 bullets gives you 100 stacks (max) in PvP 100 bullets gives you 100 stacks unless ur using a shotgun then it's much faster to gain the stacks
