Please know that there is no one single fix for everyone, somethings work somethings are placebo.
However, i will share options you can try communlatively.

if you have 16gb ram - make sure you have at least 16gb pagefile on a SSD/NVME, division2 eats tons of ram, i upgraded to 32GB to avoid using a pagefile.

Majority of the time hunters drop most of the named items, at least that's how it is for me. I'm making use of this crafting bug and I finished my aces and eights build, but I also need a chain killer chest piece with headshot damage and crit chance. Why do I want crit chance on it? Well, I'm going to be using dread edict and I'm going to try and rely on hitting critical headshots. And that's your problem, you have to do it on heroic. Otherwise, you'll have to find the nearby activity that increases the control point alert level

I'm pretty sure blueprints only drop at alert level 4, which can be found easily on her road difficulty or you can do it on challenging but do a bunch of activities to increase the alert levels of the control points. My advice to speed run through control points on heroic is to use a four-piece hotshot build with chain killer chest and determined

Airaldi backpack with vigilance as well. Any sniper rifle with determined will work, the best and slot would be the sr1 or the model 700

Additionally, if you're trying to farm for resources blueprints and shd levels, I highly recommend enabling all directives for a whopping 800k+ xp per control point

Using the ninja bike backpack on a sniper build is pretty much just the lazy Man's version. In my opinion, I don't think it's worthwhile to take ninja bike on a sniper build anyway because you don't exactly need the skill tier, that armor is not going to save your life, and whatever brand bonuses you can manage to snag with Ninja bike won't beat an all red four-piece hotshot build in terms of numbers. Going the ninja bike direction is an option, but if you want that most out of your build, leave ninja bike for the PVP builds and take a better backpack

They used to be a decent tool for enemies behind cover, but now they nerfed them so they dont explode until the enemy targeted by them makes a saving dodge. Just like how if you use them against tank enemies, they cannot be hit by them.

Safe to say I believe Las was referring to major bugs. Las acknowledge you were correct of you can't get 100% of bugs, however that there should be quality checks of updates before shipped. Meaning, avoid the disastrous bugs but expect minor bugs to slip through. Las was stating it felt like Ubi doesn't check at all, allowing anything to pass through.

if those are the level 1 grants you cant destroy them. they will be in one of the agent inventories/shared stash. if you deleted the agent that was holding them they end up in grants section of stash iirc

Depending on how tanky your build is and how well you pay attention, you can turn on the Directive that turns off the Minimap, Rager, and then there is a third that doesn't really do much... The special ammo one. That gives you an easy 3 Directives always.
