It's variable, think he spawns at the first one of his points that you get near enough to so pick a convenient one and head there as soon as you start a new session. Not sure what the despawn/respawn timer is for moving him though.

Have a look through the meta builds listed in the spreadsheet pinned in #td2-build-advice to see what brand and attribute combinations are useful, keep those and ditch everything else

Most stuff can be quickly refarmed in countdown too so don't stress too much about it

The snitch has a bunch of potential spawn points. If you just learn one spawn you can go there right after logging in and he will likely be there. If he's not just reload the game until he's there. All of the spawns work every week, it just might take a handful of logins at most.

Summit is usually split up into 3 floors. You'll find the access key on the 2nd or 3rd floor, sometimes it's "off the beaten path" or the yellow loot beam is blocked by something else so it can be easy to miss, but it's always there.
