Hence why I said knowing how to position yourself is very important. Always choose the high ground for you and your turret. The more terrain you can see is ultimately how much terrain your shots can land on.

Projectile too slow? How about reducing the distance they have to travel by moving closer and placing the turret in the midst of the battle? The artillery turret is a high risk high reward skill. Through time I learned to be more aggressive with my approach. Close the gap between you and the enemies as you progress through the fight.

I find the lock-in feature unnecessary as it's very rare for enemies to stay in one spot after being hit. Those who do are not as situationally aware and are usually squishy thus they die in one shot. Those who have more health usually roll around so it's not very effective hitting the same spot.

My favourite kind of shots is when I miss my shot but it bounces off the wall and ends up landing on and killing another target instead
