Well attachments can be crafted at the crafting table after obtaining either their blueprint or the part through means of say a side mission or other objective (would show as a reward for that activity/project). Inaya (woman next to crafting table) can also sell some blleprints to see if she has anything you want, rotates periodically. and then you can also farm for other blueprints via control points (level 3/4) as well.

Yeah. Well the shooting range is a very easy way to check damage for HH builds. Just turn on damage numbers in chat and make changes and compare numbers.

I wouldn't rely on the other aspects of the shooting range, like damage last hit or DPS, but the actual numbers that show up are realistic.

Getting your WD up to about 25-26 mil isn't too hard and with a perfect setup I think you can get up to 28 mil.

Well there you go. Some easy swap in parts to see if you can increas your top end damage. Just know the higher your WD damage is the higher your full stack will hit. So if you have a good WD and can pump some expertise into that should help a ton.

eh, difficulty only affects the "minimum" roll of stats on a part, and directives just add XP and % chances at dropping target loot.

not really a huge change honestly....I mean heroic is nice for boosting up the minimum rolls on gear but, doesn't mean u can't still get crap on heroic, and god rolls on lower difficulties....

When he looks at the rewards for completing the mission does it reward him with exp? In story mode you'll get a set amount of exp from each mission, and you can only get that exp once. You can literally go from 1-17 by only doing fed bunker once, but after that you'll only get exp from killing ads, so it would take much longer to get levels by rerunning bunker.

If you look at current meta builds it all if everything is dead I can't die so you don't need all that much armor on kill

well div2 is pretty much crit centric with talents going towards damage unless you are playing some other kind of build (skill, support, tanks)

so everything that buffs crits, high rof and large magaze for automatics gets prefference over high damage per shot
