If you come out of the whitehouse going into the east zone you'll see the big white building immediately on your left before you cross into that zone. Look up at the top corner, and you'll see a black crate hanging off the side of the building. Thats got a ood amount of mats in it

Do a complete tour of that building and theres a door at the side where you can go inside

theres underground passages with weapons and armour caches in them as well

when you get to the north side of that building go across the road and you see a small alleyway that has the special mission down it, and theres a locked cage there to investigate. carry on up the alleyway going north and you'll find the snitch and theres ladder just north of him and theres weapons caches on a roof

@warped knoll the overcharge is reachable if you have 6 + a catalyst ( like the BTSU talent, a weapon talent that can give you +3 SkillTier, can't remember the name ). If you're 6 + 1 with the technician +1 with the Kard TDI ( a pistol with +1 ST when equipped in hand ) you will not get the overcharge, it needs to be "activated".

Countdown is a 8 player experience where you go to the fairview power plant

You have 3 side encounters and you need to do 2 of them in order to access the main encounter

Your also on a time limit of 15 minutes

In tbe beginning of CD you will have these countermeasures you need to activate they are like buffs to the agents they grant you boons

It makes life so much easier if you activate them and each countermeasure has a hunter guarding em

Then after you beat the encounters you will need to extract you will have 3 minutes to do this the extraction zone will be full of blacktusk and a few hunters

Also bring an all red build as skill builds are a bad idea due to the hunters being able to hack them

if i am not mistaken it gives flat values based on what enemy you kill, so technically higher difficulties does mean more elites, but an challenging elite and heroic elite give same proficiency XP

i do think that the double XP from target might be giving double proficiency tho
