The game is taken down weekly for maintinence. They take the game down, close the servers, and make sure the game is running normally. Generally it is a 3 hour process. In this case, an unforeseen error occurred which resulted in the game not being able to be brought up in time, so they extended the maintenance. All we can do is sit back and wait. Maybe play another game?

Its been confirmed that this delay is tied to tech that is used to activate the apparel event. If they cant fix it then we could either see another 24 hour down time or the patch goes live without the apparel event.
