will give everyone a heads up in the Potomac Bunker part of Decent there is a 2 tables with a cabinet in the middle forming an L shape, I would not advise climbing onto the table as you can fall into the cabinet and you then cant get out, if your grouped then the group cant continue because the game doesnt pull you to the next area and wont start the next area until the group is together. All you can do is leave losing progression

you are looking at the wrong info.

Go to the Map, Then Bounty, then in the Southwest District, look for the Yellow Manhunt Icon and the name TRAIN TRACKS.

"John Yazzie, Eva Garcia, Lauren Fong and Mitchell Billings" are the civilians they have kidnapped and are the recovery targets. the Manhunt is just to get the Intel on their locations.
