This genuinely makes no sense, something is wrong. When I used to play open world Heroic before this update Bounties, even Normal or Hard or Challenging ones, were never this easy. It still felt like they were at Heroic difficulty as per my open world settings. I just killed a named boss in 5 shots from my Kingbreaker, it ain't normal
