Proficient - No Upgrades Active. How do I fix this for an item?

proficiency applies to an item type, not a specific, singular item. so you can use a bunch of different famas ARs to max out proficiency but then you need to specifically upgrade 1 weapon at a time

Lets use The Chatterbox for example. Since I am Proficient in that weapon, what am I now able to do with it? Where do I go to apply whatever I'm now able to apply? Or maybe Im looking at this wrong

back to the expertise table, go to SMGs and then the chatterbox, you should be able to see the specific weapon you want to upgrade, it'll show the costs etc bottom right

your overall expertise level, shown top-left at that table, is the max level you can upgrade the item to. so as your expertise level increases you can upgrade items further

Pretty much had to scrap everything I grinded for. Days upon days of grinding just to delete it all once I cam back

yeah that's a great place to start. when you're out hunting, mark stuff as junk. then when you're full go back to the expertise table and there's a donate junk button or something mentioned at the bottom

From what I can tell the bug is that the countdown starts early by accident skipping the waiting screen and cutscene. I think after a little bit it usually starts, the lag is probably because its waiting for the usual time it takes before it starts.

If it still does what it used to do, putting up to 50 (I think) stacks on an enemy by shooting them that each deal 1 bullet damage per second over 10 seconds, then it's a really good legendary. You just need the right build for it.

They fixed the Pentagon Breach bug so it now unlocks properly, the Darpa bug is a separate issue and affects lvl 30 as well as 40 so that solution no longer works.

I dont know if anyone knows but disabling the setting "Enable in-game overlay for supported games" in Ubisoft connect fixes 99% of the crashes. Store may not be available though, you need to enable and relaunch. This should have been the top priority for the team to investigate.

2 Belstone + memento bag + ceska + grupo sombra + fox knees... Technician spec for Skill tier +1 which makes my shield Tier 5 and Artificer Hive to heal and boost shield (2 HP mods + 5% DMG mod)
all pieces rolled for CHC and CHD... knees CHD... all gear mods CHD... Unbreakable in chest for free Rezz!
Classic M1A with boomerang or Bakers Dozen (I use bakers) + Scorpio (54% Crit chance 174 Crit DMG)
I dont like to sit 2 miles out cowering... oops typo, i ment covering
I like to push in and blast everything with shoty... same play style i had in TD1 😄

I made a post last week about this but it's getting worse. I'm now about 80 exotic caches deep between things like countdown and other sources without a single scorpio. I've also farmed boss floors on Summit where it is a 50% chance as long as it is an exotic shotgun, and I've gotten 10 sweet dreams. Am I just doing something wrong because I have never been so unlucky. I started playing about two weeks ago for the first time in a while and 120 SHD levels without a scorpio.
