there are ways to know and prove it, the drop tables are well understood, and so are the blueprint mechanics,
currently catharsis, the dread edict and bluescreen all arent part of targeted loot pools of those slots unless you have the blueprint, but are in the normal source pool so you can get them from exo caches and such, so they can drop but cant be farmed with targeted without the blueprint,
hell even the busy little bee is in the normal source drop pool but not in the targeted loot for pistols unless you have the liberty blueprint, you know, the pistol it isnt.
also we have evidence by proxy by people trying to farm it and going way over any acceptable odds aswell at this point because its been a while like this.

pesti isn't good at burst damage so when I would dealing like this: 1. lead them to somewhere bad position, they have to get really close to shoot you, other wise the stack duration will over, means they have to stack again, 2. if you feel dangerous like 20/30% armor left , just feel free to use medkit cause he can't kill you with that damage, meanwhile he have to shoot you to maintain stack, so it also make him get close to reload, 3. since he rely stack to deal damage, so feel free to trade him when he is stacking on you, if he already have high stack on you, just repeat point 1 , it's meaningless to shoot him when he is strafing

We didn't throw anything down there but yeah they have full damage ones, so PGC, 2 heartbreaker, contractors, Walker and sawyers, those ticks hit hard

At first though that one of them left and they stacked on mortal turret, because if you don't have any crits then you can get almost full stacks. We also tried that tactic, pretty much one throws morty and Stinger on the ground up there and one leaves and turns rogue, then get full stacks in matter on seconds and it just pretty much kills campers instantly

for PvE, most likely fast hands, or if you don't value/need the fast reloads and want higher damage per mag, probably strained, nothing else really comes close (outside of specific setups like say flatline/sadist if you have some consistent/external way of applying constant uptime on pulse/bleed)

But strained can kind of fall flat in especially solo in cases you can't exactly unload on an enemy and need to interrupt shooting more often, and optimist is just an extremely small benefit, so in PvE fast hands is a great go-to QoL upgrade and fills the slight weakness of famas by improving its sustained DPS greatly

Bit braindead (I like doing it with like YT/movies on second screen) but running convoys is really up there efficiency wise, on as high as you can go to do them fast (challenging or heroic) with as many directives as you can (I'd say only pistolero would be a hinderance for that/most builds), they give double XP than stated making them very quick for XP (giving about as much as an entire CP but in far less time)

Also every bit adds up with builds, perhaps it's not the right attribute rolls or they're not maxed, or non ideal weapon mods (also if you run it with strikers chest and no ACS to stack, you're likely running without a chest talent most of the time if not all the time)

With the many blue cores on strikers, a couple can be personal preference, but imo overall strikers fits the "your best defense is offense" playstyle where you get in a flow of deleting enemies so fast they don't get to even shoot at you, so it's quite great when maximising damage on it

When in doubt you can always toss your build and whatnot in #td2-build-advice and people will gladly help out with it

(also check the pinned spreadsheet there for a great resource with a builds hub section that can help with a bunch of builds, like strikers)

Acs quickly builds strikers stacks sicne each shot is a few pellets, and each pellet adda a stack

Normally especially if you're using the striker's chest you'd want to use an ACS-12 (full auto shotgun) that allows you to stack strikers much faster, otherwise you're far better off not using the strikers chest (it's not good until you're consistently like 150+ stacks)

Also on legendary I personally feel like for example running strikers with 4 blue cores won't really add much more defense (you'll die in like 5 bullets instead of 2) but you'll do considerably less damage and get overwhelmed (especially in solo)

Yeah an ACS stacks far quicker than that, it stacks as fast as a say vector would at 2800 RPM or so

And one regular ACS full mag gives you 160 stacks, a vector like 46 (if using the .45 version) - and the Rock 'n Roll variant has 30 instead of 20 mag size for 240 potential stacks in one mag (enough to get to the 200 cap with some leftover for missing)

For legendary if you want survivability you should probably look into different builds that are more suitable for that (like HF), if you want to stick to strikers I'd recommend going all in on damage to delete the enemies before they become a problem and flank you and such (where even 6 vs 0 blue cores won't really save you and will just make you kill them too slowly)

I don't know who to thank, but my game has been rock solid since I had in-game lag on Tuesday/Wednesday, I've played daily and the game hasnt crashed once and connection been good. I can even alt-tab out of the game without breaking it. So I dunno if something was done on Ubi/Massive end but great job and keep up the good work

it gives one stack per enemy, hitting the same enemy more doesn't give more stacks
10-12 mags is like 300 independent enemies you've been hitting?

BLB is one stack per lifetime of an enemy (with no duration/fall-off time), once an enemy has been marked you get one stack from that (and keep that stack even if they die before you swap away)

And goes up to 10 indeed, so 10 independent enemies

yes you won't gain more BLB stacks from a single enemy - if there's only one enemy present like a boss, you'll not be able to go above 1 stacks for example

As per the description also in your screenshot

You can still just opt to kill off some enemies with it if you'd like, the stacks don't disappear once gained until you swap, even if that enemy dies

So you can even run around with it just regularly killing (perhaps letting group members do the killing too) and after you've hit 10 independent enemies at any time you can swap off and have a 200% damage boost for 10s
There's no time pressure to do so

Or you can swap to it and hit (up to) 10 different targets ASAP (deployed skills/robotics and such also count) with like 1 bullet each and swap back for a super quick way of getting the up to 200% damage boost
This is a more likely use case for e.g. Strikers/Heartbreaker so that their own stacks don't decay (much) while doing this - although BLB's RPM is high enough to maintain and even slowly gain striker stacks with
