My solo hybrid build!
2 Belstone + memento bag + ceska + grupo sombra + fox knees... Technician spec for Skill tier +1 which makes my shield Tier 5 and Artificer Hive to heal and boost shield (2 HP mods + 5% DMG mod)
all pieces rolled for CHC and CHD... knees CHD... all gear mods CHD... Unbreakable in chest for free Rezz!
Classic M1A with boomerang or Bakers Dozen (I use bakers) + Scorpio (54% Crit chance 174 Crit DMG)
I dont like to sit 2 miles out cowering... oops typo, i ment covering
I like to push in and blast everything with shoty... same play style i had in TD1 😄
But if you need some range, thts wht the Bakers Dozen/M1A is for 😄

If you're confused about the haz vs bleed res thing, you technically need 93.8% bleed resist, but hazpro does the same job and makes up the bulk of what you'll need for that build.

Okay I'm going to need you to clarify what you're trying to say here.
HazPro/bleed res is stacked however you can (SHD Watch+gear mods+brandset bonuses in this case) and you stack up enough to negate the bleed on reload that the Backfire inflicts.

This is a fairly old build now, it's not that complex. Yaahl, Ceska, etc. Best paired with the Firewall shield and 2/3 blue cores.

Hazard protection/ resistance reduce the duration of status effect you receive, the threshold is 0.5 second, if the duration is lower than 0.5 second, you immune that status effect
So, backfire make you bleed for 10 second, so obviously you won't immune that if you have "93.8%" only

it's over 95.0% bleed resist where you seem to get immune to backfire, seems in line with the getting to <0.5s remaining to not have the debuff apply, reached at 95% (with backfire applying a 10s long bleed)

At exactly 95.0%, it still applies a tiny bleed and does damage, going to 95.2% stops applying any form of it

Not sure if the 93.8% figure is based on what enemies apply in PvE and it's to get immunity against whatever PvE enemies would give you, but it's not the threshold for backfire
It's perhaps based on tests to get the thresholds against effects AI apply (and if what Raucey said is true that it's all the same in PvE then you don't need to find the strongest/longest version, just any I guess), but it might be misleading in the context of bleed resistant build for using backfire as that needs >95.0%

Went to check it to verify earlier what's true since I've seen those listed % a lot before and never really bothered to verify them as I wasn't using a build relevant for it (my anti disrupt EP CC build just has 100% since stats for it come in 10% increments and 90% isn't enough and I just have them maxed anyway)

Was ready to set proof that it's at 93.8% so earlier in the cut recording I also have the bit trying it with 93.6 vs 93.8 vs 94.0 but it all gave me bleed (and self damage) still, and then tried at 94.8, 95.0 and 95.2 and only 95.2 is where I didn't get bleed anymore so it seems >95.0%
Just hopped to a wony alt that didn't have stat watch points spent so I could start at 90% resist and build up with watch with 0.2% increments
Note that even at 95.0% I still lose a bit of armour too, next to the short bleed application (and the cut between 95.0 and 95.2% is leaving out me trying it a couple times in a row at 95.0 and slowly losing more and more armour as it went on)
Unless this is somehow different when getting it applied at the target range?

To be fair a majority of the time it's from a bad experience. Some low rank players would have come in and ruined the hosts countdown in a previous instance. They have been kicking the low ranks ever since. Hosting the countdown is a good way to resolve this issue.

you can also ask someone for it if you see it being dropped in a group, I see it dropped about once every few days or so, I think it's pretty feasible to get it within a week or two that way vs normal way, that's how I also got it within a few days

Summit becoming more playable can help a ton

After that it could be confirmation bias but I see it relatively often

this method doesn't replace the crafting it yourself method but I found it a good addendum because many newer players might not know that you can turn on notifications => group loot drops for seeing what others in your group get dropped and thus notice if a red text pops up saying Nemesis and ask that person for it, can speed it up (especially if say GWH is not invaded for 84 years again)

especially if you do say Summit a lot in the beginning for fun & loot you might see it here and there

Bit less effective there as exotic drop chance there is like what, quarter or lower of usual drop chance and even lower compared to the increased exotic chance of higher floor summit, but on other hand you have 7 other players instead of 3 so more chances and it goes quick with lot of loot drops so still can happen, it's worth anywhere

I've seen someone open an open world chest and pop one out, those that aren't even scaled and give random garbage usually. so worth to be able to see it happen

yes they're not shared which is why also if you have 4 characters and level up (levels are account wide), they all have 1 point to spend

if you spend that one scavenge point on character 1, you can then just log in on character 2 and it still has that point to spend

if you level up 500 times and spend them all on your main only, if you then log on to the other 3 characters they have 500 points still ready to spend each

if you're level 2000, then every 1-2 hours you level 30 to 40 on a new alt (boost to wony and finish till Keener to get a watch) you get 1200 scavenge points
if you're level 8000, you get 7200 points every time you do that
so as you can imagine this only gets better, and very early on doesn't make too much sense as you get little (but it's still nice to have up to 4 characters all ready so at least you get 4x resources every time you level up while playing)

that's how I do it too, didn't want to go crazy doing it over and over, just did it like once or twice early to get some stuff when I wanted to make new builds, and then a few times after I hit like 2k to get a bit more settled on materials, otherwise just playing one character
but the option is there in case I feel like I'm really lacking (currently just 4 characters existing, giving 4x materials instead of 1x per level up, is plenty and occasionally log over to spend some banked up points)

at like those numbers it gets quite effective and quick I reckon to do a few runs and get your expertise level maxed with either spending credits => buying mods => scrapping mods (or just buying filaments directly with watch, but credits route is around 30% more effective just more annoying), and donate those
I think I saw some figure of some 90k or 100k required scavenging points needed to reach 20-21 expertise, not sure how accurate it is, so that's not too bad (especially with 30-35% more efficiency when done with credits with a spam macro)

but then again best to not burn yourself out and just do it slower probably, maybe every now and then a bit for it

I have a question regarding Expertise, do I have to use every single different type of assault rifle to level my expterise up or can i 'rank up' already maxed out proficiency weapon

So as you pick stuff up, you can go through them (tip: you can for example change filtering to sort by Recent or New so everything you haven't checked out yet shows on top, right under equipped, and another tip, favourite everything you don't want to accidentally get rid of), and mark anything you don't want to keep as junk (quickly going through it with V, or if you checked everything out and have everything you want to keep favourited, just Mark all as junk button in Inv Options)

Then when you're at the expertise station you can donate all junk, and then everything that didn't/couldn't be donated stays, and then you open inventory and hold Scrap all junk button (you can do this anywhere any time if you need space)

you can either try to wear every single type of item and skill to level them with combat to 10, or the ones you don't want to/like to wear a lot/ever (or you don't have yet and possibly won't for a long while) you can just donate materials to level those

for the first one you can use expertise training sets where say most of your loadout works well enough to play normally while having say 1 weapon slot (or perhaps even one weapon and one sidearm slot), one gear slot, and one skill slot that's open to just put something random in you want to level and otherwise won't really use, so that those items/skills in those slots get levelled to 10 and get swapped out for something else to level again

I have an ND set for that where the 4 pieces of ND (with BP) + ceska chest + just one AR + just one skill perhaps works completely fine for me at heroic to play normally and join groups with, and then the other weapon + sidearm + 6th gear piece (can also be an exotic) + 2nd skill can all be rotated around to use some piece I want to level proficiency to 10 with

the od rounds do apply bleed, they are indeed called hollow point ammo from OD, but we mostly just say the effect, same for incendiary round to fire rounds and such

for allies it is always 20% even with the chest, the chest specifically states it "Does not effect party ammo."
