im gonna try to get determined on my 1886 bc its the highest base damage rifle in the game. and you can use a shield with a rifle, unlike mmrs. it'll take some of the danger out of lining up shots since im still pretty slow with this playstyle

Little late (just reading messages) but I second this. Also, if running a sub build, having a famas for range as a secondary while running a coyotes, I sit at a base of roughly 40 CHC, but the coyote's helps me get up to 60 CHC. That's my personal preference

im using it with all headshot damage. the talent determined in conjunction with headhunter makes it so i can one ot kill (to the head or body) anything heroic except named bosses (should take 2 shots) and robo doggies and minitanks etc,

it actually does kill named elite targets in the range on heroic, but only if i crit. so I just need to level up the expertise to like 10 or 14 in order to have the power to one shot named elites (unless they have a helmet)

plus i already have the virginian (named 1886) with perfect boomerang. and i would totally use that, its just that having headhunter damage apply to body shots makes chain killing so easy. one shot on kill

It is not normal, you should hear the firefight, if you cannot hear him firing try to check the sound or restart the game, or unless he using suppressors but still you should be able to hear him firing at towards the enemy.

I think I can hear it when he is next to me, but when he is firing on the same enemy from the other corner of the room I can just visually see that he hit him. I would expect some kind of bullet impact sound here. There is definitely even low level sound of my friend fire. It looks like he can not hear mine either, because he keeps asking if I've already started the fight 😄
I am curious if there is some kind of spatial or surround sound that can affecting that what is possible to hear from what distance ...

I'm hearing mixed reports about the monorail, I think it works sometimes but not others, possibly at random, so if you get there and it bugs you can try downing yourself and try again, after a few attempts it should work

Ekims long stick actually performs better than the 1886 it’s just that it has slower rate of fire and the hsd attribute which makes it kind of bad on a crit build

I have noticed something annoying, I don't know if I haven't understood well the mechanics of the sniper turret, but...
Sometimes doesn't shoot where I want or the target I want, sometimes just "see" a random point in space and when I press the trigger, it shoot at that point and not in the target I'm focusing... Even sometimes I have to press several times the left trigger in my controller (the one that focus or aim), and doing that, the turret listen and aim, but miss the shoot anyway.. I wanna know if I am provoking this behavior or what

Sniper turret is manual control by ourselves, not auto shoot, only auto aim to enemy for you.
Sometimes miss, sometimes 100% accuracy like aimbot but well, just shoot it anything you see, you can swap target by point your crosshair to different enemy

Practice with it few times and you will understand this mechanic, sometimes it dumb, sometimes it strong

We don't really know, but a lot of the ones in div2 already fill the niche. Like, healing works different in div2, buffs too. So adding in the old system wouldn't make as much sense.

It's a balance thing. A lot of builds in div2 would be incredibly broken if you could stack Talents.
div2 is certainly more "arcade", but that's clearly worked better for consistency over time, to div1's more "real" style.

Each is their own thing, I like that I can play both.

I thought that'd just reroll it and you might get better, you might get worse stats on it, and that it'd perhaps only be worth if you get an exotic with really bad rolls (so it's most likely to become better)
Also not even sure if you get the reconfigure blueprint of every exotic, make sure you can craft it before scrapping it, and no clue how worth it is materials wise

kill the black tusk and they go away again (until next week), then you can farm Coyote for her mask or just look for mask target loot. Can earn exotic caches through projects too once you reach World Tier 5.

so for like a mission until you have the session reset from difficulty change/CP reset/relog etc, if you stay in the same session you can rerun the mission and still see your loot you left behind
in open world same, you could fast travel and do other stuff and come back much later and still have the loot there, until you again lose that session by e.g. global difficulty change/CP reset (it even warns you about uncollected loot going away with that), or join someone else/leave their session, or relog for example I think

Cores count as attributes, it’s literally in the name. Core ATTRIBUTE. I believe the only thing separating what we call cores and attributes is the fact that they’re called CORE attributes and SECONDARY attributes. So this would mean that picaros basically took a core attribute into a secondary, and since cores are basically secondary attributes that means a core attribute can exist as a secondary and vice versa which is exactly what happens with picaros. But because they are the same that means there is no secondary attribute giving you 15% weapon damage or core attribute giving you 15% weapon damage, only an attribute giving you 15% weapon damage. So they’d have the recode the game to allow you to have two of these attributes at once which would later become core attributes and secondary attributes

proficiency being level 10/max (or you being proficient) on an item means that item type/set is now unlocked/eligible for upgrading with expertise

your expertise level globally describes your limit of how high you can upgrade all such eligible items
that is raised by your expertise level which you gain from gaining proficiency levels on all items

so you just need to get proficiency levels in plenty of type of items/sets etc that feed into increasing expertise, and when that levels up you can then upgrade all maxed proficiency items you want to the level your expertise is at

fairly easy and passive way to do it is to mark all loot you get that you don't need as junk, and instead of scrapping/selling them, you bring them to recalibration table and in first tab "donate all junk to expertise" or what it is, and that levels those items up (and then scrap the rest later that couldn't be donated)
