My Striker build has a t6 Crusader shield with 1 skill tier and artificer hive; I can stand and tank an entire room on Heroic and tank half of a room on Legendary with it.
Going from 0 yellow cores to 1 will make your artificer hive heal twice as often and combining it with a backpack that has Safeguard will make each artificer hive stim repair nearly the entire shield.

It’s not meant to be a DPS build - it’s my “I’m too drunk to reliably click heads with Regulus” shield build. I will be substituting the Striker set for Heartbreaker because it has better synergy with stuff.
