only raid doable at 30 wt5 is dark hours, IH would be impossible since it's a level 40 raid, but if you want to attempt it at 30 wt5 knock yourself out

otherwise if you're asking how to get proficient in them. wearing them until 10 makes them proficient and swapping gears, weapons and skills will increase your Expertise Level then however many levels of expertise you have is the amount you can upgrade your gear,weapons and skills to. i'd honestly skip upgrading gears as you only get 1% armor per upgrade. 11-21 you'll start needing a crap ton of exotic components

but you're literally wearing 6 pieces of gear with Skill Tier cores. Best combo i found is having Calculated backpack and Skille Chest talents. you clear a corridor of a few npcs go in room clear that room of all npcs. game will tell you to interact with a laptop. you shoot a few oxi's at a door near you, tehn you gotta envision the door near where you came in and shoot oxis as close to that door as possible. interact with laptop high tail it back to where you ran in go a little past it and my best spot is a rectangular box you can take cover in closest to the other door the npcs will be coming out of. then you gotta put your oxis in a place where they never leave room and you need to be able to kill chunga before it totally starts wandering around

goal is keeping oxis on that specific door. you let it go away npcs runs out and then wrangling them back into door is a nightmare

it shouldn't matter, you could update it from EAC but it won't change what version it is, you're likely running the same atm as putting in an older version will get overwritten by the actual loaded .sys driver file on launch

Thanks for the info. I'll keep that in mind. The crashing on this game is def abnormal and EAC has a huge thing to do with it. Same with multiplayer and hosting and steam overlay. I think they need to look more into those areas to help the crashing issues

1-30 is a nice experience and great tutorial opportunity (not just the game's pop-ups) to find out how things go and flow, what the factions each do, time to try many different skills, especially to try out bunch of weapons and talents on weapons/chest/backpack (as many are quite suboptimal at endgame, it's great fun to have tried them while levelling I think)

With ultimate edition the game gives you a gun called “lullaby” equip that and have fun sacking every enemy that’s not yellow - I personally go for the ones that have a shield or look like a giant turtle

This is true, it only affects you when you scale from story level to say hard difficulty with level 40 enemies, you’ll be shooting blanks and be taking damage like nobodies business but the only reason you would be doing this is if you want to save your side missions for later and want the kill xp from a higher difficulty (I recently did this)

like say if you're alone and 25 and using a level 15 weapon, it'll be kind of doable but scaled with a 40 player the difference be accentuated and they'll notice their low weapon level more

yeah or if they start falling behind in gear extremely, like say still wearing level 31 gear while doing 38-39 stuff, they'll die far quicker and do little damage
but if you keep up with gear (which is easy as you get plenty all the time, giving opportunity to try many things) it'll not be much of a difference at all and when you're up to date with gear level you'll deal plenty of damage (sometimes I feel almost too much) when scaled with someone higher
