Go to countdown, set targeted loot to masks and start farming. You'll get it to drop eventually, or it'll come from a cache. Those are your options.

this. 24hrs without any official announcement from ubisoft on twitter or on the division 2 forums. Say something for heavens sake 'We're aware of the issue, we're working on it and here's an estimated eta for a fix'. Yes, i realise stuff can happen and can take a bit of time to fix but is keeping the community informed about progress, without people having to search twitter/youtube for info, too much to ask for? Especially at a time when the game has launched on steam (more new players) and a new season hopefully just around the corner.

the game has been very touch and go with when fixes come for a long time now and while it does suck that new players arent used to it its still the way its gonna be for the foreseeable future

splash screen has some vague reference to season 10 tech issues, nothing about the specifics like changing difficulty/directives, meaning people have to work out what the issues are for themselves, and not eta, however general, for a fix. Taken together with no official announcements/updates on twitter or the forums and it's really poor from a communication pov.

I still don't get why people say there's "radio silence" or "lack of communication" when they responded less than 3 hours after the issues started (which depending on the devs studio, was potentially around 2-3am their time mind you) that they're aware of the issues and started working on it

Yes this sounds easier than done but we as consumer don't have to tell other players how to fix crashes (which is great help thank god) , this is work of devs to take care.

As a dev myself, there was never a situation, ever, where we were met with a bug that we didn't instantly know more or less what was broken and where to look for the bug, but again, that's not my issue. Complete and systematical silence in situations like these with no ETA or literally a "no ETA for fix" just feels like a big F U by the company, that's my only issue.
