But then again we have to take a look back into the way they word, "Enemies have a chance to drop them" and beforehand, exotics can be dropped from them. So we are essentially looking at some very rough RNG and not to mention, PvP players looking for ez kills

It's the regular raid community that has had them for ages and continues to raid that thinks there should be an incentive for new players to raid in order to keep that part of the game active. Now new players will skip the raids and not realize it's the best part of the game (imo), and this change will cause the raid community will shrink over time. It's just not good for the health of the game.

optimize is to increase an existing roll numbers, recalibrate you can change a roll entirely

starting out you can just recalibrate since it is a lot cheaper

Play around with different skills, but what will make story mode the smoothest is a crusader shield and revive hive

For perks pick the exp ones first, medkit after that, then fill in as you go after that, it doesn't matter too much

that's a weird way of saying every part of if does, except the 7th debuff (the 20% damage taken increase) since that's the only part of it that's not a status
a bit misleading to say, it's more useful knowing that the other effects can transfer too, if the target you're using scorpio on as EP dies, you can end up AoE spreading the poison, disorient, and shock to all nearby targets which is quite strong

and unless you are a horrible player aswell, you will outdo some that are joining matchmaker at 8k that are not just deadweight, but a active hinderance

i think you underestimate yourself, but if you really feel this, go try heroic missions solo, you have enough dmg there to go trough some of it slowly, just to build up some confidence, otherwise farm up some more on challenging summit

I think way better to go in prepared and make sure you're good to go than the other way around where some people go into content they might actually have no business being in yet and are actively slowing down 3/7 other people expecting to be carried (where if you'd have 4/8 of those same people, it'd never go anywhere)

Besides stats and gear stuff, another thing that really helps is understanding AI behaviour and their spawn points

Once you learn what each enemy type per faction is gonna do, you just learn the order of priority.

And then you learn spawn points and just camp the doors and manholes they hop out of and you melt em before they get to do anything

Jammer is incredible with how much it trivializes black tusk on a skill build

It chunks warhounds and they sit around like sacks of shit for the duration of your jammer's effect

Warhounds are also vulnerable to basically being oneshot by firefly's demolisher variant

Same with certain tanks, especially cleaner and riker ones
