there are generic mods that give your shield up to 5% shield health. you can equip 2 of those. note that the mod has to be for the specific slot. as in you can have 2 shield mods in your inventory but it could possibly be 2 mods for the same slot. so you need 2 mods that occupy different slots.
there's also the firewall shield health mod which is 8% but can only be used if running firewall spec. there's also active and holstered regeneration mods

Its the same with the 10% accuracy mod, we have 2 of them, it's nothing short of a bad design choice whoever made that call and the team that actually done the numbers also did a quicky on it, it was over 3 years ago and still hasn't been remedied.
Like.. where's my 10% headshot damage mod huh? Crit players get 3x5% or a 10% on the Grip but HS players are stuck with a scope.... I don't need 30% HSD, I just want a little extra that's worth speccing for, not that measly and offensive value of 3%...

i think you and anyone say skills broken, have a misunderstanding of skills build
skills build are easy to use of course, just spam your QE button then you use skill, meanwhile, skills build are extremely hard to mastery
let say the 2 most common skills, fire (chem/sticky) and mortar
for mortar, user are control it while user stay behind wall or somewhere, mostly enemy and user and the mortar are "L" shape or even "U" shape , so the mortar user can't see where the people exactly are , and those cover like cars, so the sense of space are important , if people can't hit precisely while see nothing, then their mortar are bad
for fire, you can having a lot of play, like using fire chem hitting enemy even they are 110ft 120ft far away with parabola, or hitting enemy who stay behind a big cover by reflection, if people want to mastery on fire skill, they need good at mathematic
On the other hand, skills are easy to counter actually, emp pulse, explosive resistance, hazard protection etc. you can't kill them if enemy builds are counter you, brain counter skills, but what about sniper? nothing

Not really sure what mathematics you searching here, it shows where it lands tho, if a person is behind cover then aiming that chem exactly next to the cover so it would hit the target is really easy. With sticky you can pretty much shoot enemy even without exposing yourself from cover and that sticky has insane aim assist so you can't really miss.

It's when you use the cash against other things like gear and mods, to then convert them into the materials you do want. Not just the ones you get from Stage Left. Essentially free materials of any gear from any vendor into something else. It goes beyond what stage left can break down into.

Skills have hard counters, crit only has fire as a counter.
I'm not sure what it is u main but if u main crit then don't complain when someone brings fire, it's the only direct counter to crit.
There once was a time when there was no crit, it was just base damage and thus a player who could aim head could turn and melt a guy shooting from behind or could win a gunfight with less armour, now with crit every low skill player can deal masses of damage and thus the skill gap is the lowest it has ever been.
If u remove crit then everyone can spec for hazard or explosive res and the complaints you have about skills will go away, the gun skill gap will widen again and actual gun based PvP will be amazing.
But no one can see that far, they just need their crit coz without it they can't get kills.

it will likely take you 3 clears to get the regulus, which really isn't that much tbh. Its guaranteed with the projects, so game play time wise, it can be faster to get than other "targeted loot" rng exotics. Its also the best gun in the game, so its well worth it. And after 3 clears of IH you'll still have tons to learn about the raid since theres so many roles in the raid.

My hb has kingbreaker, that gives me 20%, full stacks gives me 100% and 200% bonus armour, full catharsis stacks give me 30%, that brings me to 150, your full striker gives 100%, full obliterate gives 30% and eb gives no dmg talent, TLDR Striker gives 130% dmg, HB gives 150 + 200% bonus armour
I don't see how striker is better, and if your running HSD, obliterate will take forever to stack

No I don't have them anymore. The same thing happened with the Iron Works Base Materials. They were gone, and reloading the projects window a bunch of times, I could donate again, then a new stack of them appeared in my resources. But the exotic parts and BP are simply gone, reloading doesn't help

I just had a fat pog moment.
Heroic Countdown with 5 people. 3/8 Crashed, got lucky enough to have two of the Hunters at extract spawn further away from the LZ.
Knocked them down, I distracted the reinforcements dropping in and kept the rooted long enough for the other 4 people to take down the last two Hunters.
Not even a CC build btw.
