Keener was in touch with a large amount of Rogues before we killed him, we discovered ANNA as well as Lau's shenanigans shortly after meaning the ones we encounter could've switched to ANNA allowing them their tech.
By ISAC's logic, wouldn't it make sense to have us not be declared rogue so we can remove his corrupted/jailbroken system?
We're just a means to an end, and considering the amount of work we've done, it's easy to figure out that we're statistically his best bet even if we do go outside of the lines occasionally.

The Division is a game that doesn't take itself too seriously when it comes to cosmetics. It's not a game that seeks realism its anesthetic. I guess Ghost Recon would be more grounded in their art direction, and of course then you have more sim-like games like Insurgency and the likes.

Yeah, I don't get it,but again the division community is quite unique. The subreddit has been very hostile towards the devs, I don't know whether the community has always been hostile since day 1 or this is something that started to grow when Ubi dropped support for the game on year 3/4

Resource convoys give double xp. Challenging with all directives shows 250k xp, but you get 500k xp, for 30 to 90 seconds.

Choosing your settings is just down to what you feel most efficient with. There's people who can run heroic super efficient with just about all directives, although the majority of people won't. And I've gotten my hardcore character over 1k shd by just farming mindlessly on hard.

Both of those exotics excel in completely different scenarios. Coyote's buffs crit for you AND your group. Memento only buffs YOU when you get kills and does nothing for your team.
In other words: use Coyote's for groups, and Memento if you're solo.
