then you just go into expertise menu, >pick the weapon category, > pick the weapon type , >pick the weapon in your inventory you want to upgrade... upgrades are tied to that weapon. if it is proficient youll be able to do this. you will be capped at your actual expertise level which is the bit number in the expertise ring. they made the system very complicated for no reason tbf

#PSA Best way to clear out stash space: sort by "Brand name". Then you see just how many versions of the same stuff you have and can delete all but one. If you're using it against armored enemies though, you don't really need explosive damage.

Crossbow has the mechanic where it breaks armor plates in one shot.

What do you mean? Crossbow gets a lot of use in Legendary for example. It's highly useful against Heavies and Warhounds.

Those are skills, not actual weapons. They do the job better especially with an EP. But the design principle is still the same. It's a CC role.

I also understand what the dev's intentions were by nerfing the damage done to named enemies from sig. weapons. But the reality is that weapons like Nemesis completely disregard that anyway.
So there's no point. If anything the nerf should have hit specific high damage weapons such as Nemesis, and sig. weapons should deal extra if not at least normal damage against named enemies.

Other specs that focus on support should give spec ammo progress for doing other things like healing teammates or using skills instead of getting kills.

That way healers/skillers aren't left in the dust by the damage dealers.
