I think as it is now is nearly perfect for the way it is played with experienced CD players, even in random lobbies. It is, annoying AF tho with more than 2 who can’t play CD well or do enough DPS. With the health bars as they are, it feels more cooperative when we are all shooting the hunter compared to before just steamrolling in goated lobbies

for weapons and named items, donating one item of its kind gives you half a level

for expertise 1 and 2 i think, it takes 100 to get to the next expertise level

then it becomes 200, with 18-19 and 19-20 being 140, 20-21 being 90 (could be wrong on that)

Double xp is only during the first week a new manhunt target drops, and only for the first 15 levels gained: doesn't matter what activities you do

I do know that it can be useful to expose players who cry and moan about things that arent true, people make all kinds of BS up like saying something got nerfed when it didnt, so a stealth move can be useful from a devs perspective in order to see how the players genuinely react as opposed to reacting to patch notes.
