missions on heroic, you dont get a checkpoint for respawn until the last fight.
at a CP, you can respawn on teh NPC (or respawn at a safehouse and fast travel to NPC)

this means that in a situation where challenging is solable, but heroic you die, if you set world to challenging (so you can run missions at challenging) but then for CPs, do 1 activity per CP to raise alert level to 4, then you can do your CPs on heroic (and get the higher rolls on drops)

these higher rolls will help you get your build sorted to teh point where you can do heroic more consistently

Spread everyone out around the room, don't over overcomplicate things by assigning/splitting people up. Shoot both evenly and bring them all the way down. Assign someone who knows what they are doing to call out down/spin/360 when Lucy does her special.

The basic idea is to bring them down evenly, but being slightly off is actually ideal. You want to ideally be ahead on Buddy since he's the one who heals. If your group can manage to quickly get them in and out of sync as you go down, that's actually ideal because it will mess with their AI. When they are in sync they will come out to attack whoever has the eye. When they are out of sync they head to the middle and overcharge. By constantly and quickly going in and out of sync you will get them stuck swapping between trying to do both, with them actually doing neither.

It's not really broken, so it can't be "fixed", unless they rework how Summit as a whole functions.

The f10 farm is just a clever trick players learned to work within the rules of div2. It's 100% safe.

there's only like 5 patches/commendations IIRC, and 1 hat (which you get at lvl 2 since that's about as far as most people get)

One of the main differences is the randomization of equipment and attributes associated with the equipment. Another difference is Looter Shooters can and do defy physics, (along with bullet sponges, and "movie weapons" such as the hand carried M134) whereas a Tactical Shooter is more rooted in "real world" physics, such as bullet drop, and when you snipe an NPC from 1200m, they go down, not keep shooting. Looter shooter, the NPCs always know where you are, and with Tactical Shooters, stealth actually works.

Each hunter/hunters have a different set of things you gotta do before they spawn and most have to ve done after 2100 or 9 pm

There are solo hunters the you have 1s who spawn In pairs and you have 2 groups that spawn in 4 the food truck hunters in NY and the Christmas tree hunters in DC

Some can be done during the day

They also spawn In countdown as well at the beginning and end

Other then that there is no other place they spawn

No it is not, it is 100% cheating. Strictly speaking, it is cheating that only exploits a design error in the game system.

The normal behavior of the game system is that even if you die after completing the 10th floor, the enemies on the 10th floor are already dead and you cannot gain the experience you gained at the time of completion. However, currently, due to a design error, if you die after completing 10F, the enemy you were supposed to have defeated is resurrected and reset as 10F not completed, allowing you to gain the bonus experience for completing F10 over and over again.
This is a bug, and the situation is that exploiting that design error allows for fast leveling. Exploiting the bug is an exploit of a bug, and therefore, of course, constitutes cheating.
Exploiting a bug is also written in UBI's Prohibitions.
The user should report such a bug to the support desk, rather than exploit it.

Absolutely, there is no WT requirements aside from being level 20 or so, I can't remember which but Hunters have a minimum level to reach first to even have a chance, if you try to fight them being Lv. 2 anyway.

Most people run gearset sniper builds with aces or tips, which doesn't really leave room for an exotic. I use dodge city for the extra oomph every now and then, when you want to quickly rebuild hh stacks or 1-shot a tougher enemy

Countdown scaling is a bit weird. They have lots of health but not that much damage. Because hunters make most skill builds useless, I don't really see the point running anything but full red builds. You can play them at all ranges, even up close if you know what your doing
