Can anyone help me? I just came back to the game, after not playing for several weeks.. And, idk if something changed to mess my game up or not. But, I'm stuck on this mission, it wants me to go through this door, which is clearly invisible, and I can also shoot stuff on the other side of it, as if it isn't there at all.. And when I press 'F' to open it, my game crashes. Over and over, crashes every time. Is it a bug that the armor regen stat doesn't do anything when you turn No Regen on? I realize that sounds obvious, but the description made it sound like it only affected the after encounter refill, not all regen.

I have extracted some DZ resource lately, I can't claim the rewards from the stash however. It gives me the option to do so, it lists over 9 items in the special delivery section, but whenever I press the button to claim it or even try to press it with the mouse, it plays a sound as if was claimed and all tries after that fail. It's also only the sound that's playing, it doesn't actually claim anything. Anyone had a similar issue?

SO I use to play Division 2 for first 2 season or so. Had a long break and came back with the release of Warlords DLC. However, I have been encountering this 1 fps issue and no trouble shooting is helping.

I have reinstalled 3x, deleted graphics.cgf files. Tried dx11 and dx12 as well as trying every graphics settings. When I run benchmark on High I get 110fps but when I launch the character I get to 9% and I get 1fps and it stays there.

Any ideas on this?

Very weird bug earlier- became permantly stuck in matchmade world with host nowhere but the sidebar. Social, map and inventory menus did not respond and opening the stash resulted in an invisble stash screen I could not exit, meaning I had to force shut the game down. Uh....this happen often?

If it's stuck at the loading check system resource usage in task manager, @honest dune If it's the disk then check to see if anything is using high amounts of usage from it, if it's just the game your computer might not be able to load up the files in a timely manor for the game. What Language did you set it to? And what did you change / do before this started?

Can someone point me to some resources/contacts i can use to get my division 2 account fixed since ubisoft is not able to assist me? Situation is my account is still banned after the 7day suspension was supposedly lifted. Logged on and still got the banned screen. I just beat the warlords story on my second character and after that the watch you get from the end doesn’t do the mini cutscene that it’s being hacked and unlocked, but instead of constantly blinks with a red border and says “SHD LEVEL UNKNOWN”

I tried logging out and in, exiting the game but it won’t change. I’m SHD 172 and I was able to still spec points into the watch with my second character but the watch itself still says watch level unknown

Hi, I need help with a problem that seems to be strange. Apparently, I had made a new agent, but using the WNY DLC expansion pack. I had the idea of retracing the steps to get the ivory keys, but not apparently, the Hunters are not appearing, even the spawn sites, do not appear to have the change. The Spawn of the 4 hunters, the little lever doesn't seem to work at all. No spawn of them is working when I created my Agent already at level 30. I must make a new agent from 0, where to activate the Hunters Spawn system that needs to do the anonymous mission, or is it a problem of its own? Because, the weapon that needs the 8 ivory keys, is zeroed, and still waiting to be opened.

@mild pivot did you ever get the stuttering fixed? I've tried disabling some settings (Vsync, changing graphics settings to get performance up) and I'm still stuttering but at least my fps is above 80. I've verified my files and will try one last time. Also I'm on windows 10. had no issues at all when under 7.

A few weeks ago,i started to have significantly lower fps than usual in game(my normal is ranging from 60-90 fps depending on my background processes like music and discord).I started to get 10-30 fps when i launch the game and occassionally crack the 30 fps limit after standing in a certain area in the game for a minute or so.I use a nvidea GTX 1070 gpu and a i5-6600 cpu with 16gb ddr4 ram.Attempts at fixing the issue were made by adjusting graphics settings.(Was running on the high preset at 1080p)

How do you troubleshoot invisible enemies? Got killed by an invisible heavy. Heard a clan member mention he keeps getting killed out of nowhere by Hyenas. It happened to me at camp white oak invaded. 3 of the enemies were invisible. Had to switch to seekers to find them. Still got killed

not troubleshooting as such but has anyone noticed an increase on CTDs, especially during bounties ? I'm getting them every 5th bounty or so. Sometimes it's fine, it resumes OK, but most the time they don't, and i'm locked in that arena (not a big deal, can fast rtavel, just a bit annoying) but others have required a reboot, and twice I've had BSODs from it

it's always on an action trigger too - usually when he's about to say "there's your target", it seems the loading in of the bounty boss, or the group of guys, is causing it. And it's especially easy to trigger if you pulse just as they say it, that causes the most crashes

This is definetly a new one for me. After the maintenance a few days ago, my game has been getting around 5-10 fps literally. Completely unplayable. So first time I experience this, was playing capital building invaded on challenging, in the last area with all the enemies and last bosses, my game would suddenly studder and freeze completely for a second or so then recover a second later. Everything would be fine for 30 seconds or so and stutter again, making aiming impossible, had a very tough time completing the mission, anyone know anything of this?

Anyone have any issues with the patch from yesterday bugging out your game where it doesn't launch at all but running in the process background and end up with having to repair it, only to have it bug out on the DirectX & VCRedistributable 2012 installing infinitely in the background for over 8 hours and never finishing and then having to uninstall the game and re-install it, only to have it do the same thing and then reboot your PC and still have it do the same thing again for another 4 hours? Because I cannot find a fix to this situation at all. --And as I post this, the installation finally finished after 12 hours--

this is the first time playing since the big update that released along with warlords. and after about 20-30 minutes my game starts freezing, shows about 5 more frames and then crashes to desktop. one time it even crashed to bios. i didnt have this issue before. the crash does not show up in event viewer, so there is no way to know what caused it. unless there is a dump file somewhere that i dont know about. if there is, please tell me. every bit of information about these stupid crashes helps

Ive tried updating my drivers, disabling the overlay, switching to windowed mode, turning on direcx12 and increasing paging file size to 10gb

the only thing i can think of that could cause this is that my cpu is constantly at 100% while my ram is at 20% and my gpu at 11% on average. but its normal to have a bottleneck and the game runs smooth as butter whenever its not crashing.

Not really a complaint, but I'm curious - anyone have any idea why I got Autograph Hunter completed today while doing early Survivalist, when I've never used the Sniper or Grenade Launcher? I have done two other specializations but I've also gotten kills with the Crossbow before today. (the challenge specifically says "Get kills with the three signature weapons - the Crossbow, Sniper Rifle, and Grenade Launcher.")

I've tried that actually. What looks to be happening is when I use the sticky bomb it causes the Hardwired talent to go into cooldown without refreshing my other skill. Additionally if the sticky bomb is already on cooldown when I use the second skill and the hardwired talent is ready, it won't refresh the sticky bomb. I'm on PS4 and unfortunately I don't have the game on PC to test it there

if your having trouble with delta issues with a group in a raid, first kick the player that has disconnected then have everyone leave the raid, have everyone close the app fully, restart and regroup. you can travel back to the last checkpoint you unlocked by talking to the guy at the beach. this is not a 100% fix but gets you a chance of being put in a new session that might not delta group members. if the delta cursed player tries to relog in while everyone is still in the raid the delta is more than likely going to persist

Nick off da Yurk -The issue relating to the Blue power cable shutoff? Common issue/bug. There are two work arounds that sometimes work.. the run roll and try to press before it rubberbands you out the room or standing outside by the room and it sometimes allows you to activate it through the wall adjacent to it.

Think something is wrong with my game.

Doing DARPA missions for the first time. When I drop down the rope, and the bioreactor starts floating down stream, I kill the first two black tusk operatives but the door to the next section doesn’t open.

My radar detects guys on the other side, I can hear them talking saying they don’t have a visual, but the door doesn’t open.

I’ve tried killing my self with a grenade to go back to the last checkpoint, fast travelling back to the safe house and restarting darpa mission, going back to New York then coming back to the pentagon, also did a restart of my system and a check for game updates.

For some reason I’m also in Australia and connected to the North American server.

@gusty fern If the issue does not lie in the game files itself, reinstalling game will do nothing. Download DDU and latest drivers for graphics; use DDU to remove your graphic's drivers, shut down PC and disconnect from internet, reboot and install newest drivers. reboot while reconnecting PC to internet

so this is a weird bug, i have a corsair keyboard and the division 2 supports rgb for that, (it shows you the direction of enemies and has special effects when you get healed/stunned ect.) but lately when i close the game, my keyboard stays on division mode instead of switching back to my own preset. division is not running in the background. very strange :)

@gusty fern i think the latest patch might have fixed it because it suddenly works again for me. even though i havent changed anything. maybe it was a huge coincidence and it fixed it for you too and you updated the BIOS at the same time.

@plucky wing Unfortunately, it's all random drop for exotics. Some days you can play for six hours and get three or four exotics to drop in a two or three man group. Other days, you won't see anything in the same time. I've been hunting for an Imperial Dynasty for weeks now and haven't had any luck. Maybe I just need to offer sacrifice to the RNG gods or something... I don't know...

My game crashes a lot, too - only recently in this past week. I never played much before because of work - but since I've been at home for quarantine this week; I've had the game crash maybe 3-5 times a day. I've tried turning off both uplay and discord overlay, setting affinity for anticheat to cpu 1.
Everything except going to dx11 instead of 12, which makes no sense to me to do since dx12 and dlss is on the latest nvidia drivers as a feature.

Any other weird things people have tried that may have worked?

What causes this? :
I shoot the hostile a few times with high damage but shows the he hasn't taken damage right away. Then, a couple seconds later, his armor depleted some but I wasn't able to shoot at the time. Another second or two, I could shoot again but the hostiles, again, wouldn't take damage right away.

I reverted to restart.

I'm trying to get all of the collectibles in the Mexican Embassy classified assignment, but after getting the Security Level 3 card I can't find any way of getting back to the door with the 4th collectible. It looks like there's supposed to be a fast rope in the elevator shaft to let me back up but it isn't deployed. I have no way of getting back up there and I'll need to wait four more goddamn days to try it again.

Hey, is anyone having an issue with the game not going full screen? It normally does it and I just alt enter and it goes full screen, now it just flickers and stays windows and the game freezes. I can hear menus being opened and game sound etc

Pc randomly crashes started recently. crashed to black in middle of Division 2 to black screen and force restarts pc. I can show event log as requested, i just need help finding out the actual pinpointed issue here as im not really hardware or tech savvy. I can get to event viewer and such. PM ME

hey friends, small problem. I haven't run div 2 in about a month. I dual boot windows and linux. Now that I'm back on windows. Uplay has trouble logging me in/trouble getting patches. Tried re-downloading uplay and reinstalling it with the same results. I also tried deleting the cache in the directory files.

Anyone having problem with firestarter not doing fire status effect? it is also same with stinger hive, enemy appear to be taking damage but they were not under a bleeding effect (no longer showing next to their health bar)

Pretty sure the fire and bleed status effects not showing up is a bug. They will still take damage from fire/bleed, it just won't show the icon.

@lofty heart Maybe you framerate are unlock try vsync if you have a 60hz monitor or try limiting the FPS in game. GPU usage depending on you gpu is going to stay at high usage. My rtx2060 SUPER stays 100% all the time with the graphics settings in a mixed of High and Ultra at 2560x1080 21:9 @75hz. CPU stays at 40~50% in my 8 core processor (16 threads)

@lofty heart I kept getting Black Screen Crashes and WHEA errors. Mine "mostly" seem to be solved by not enabling DX12 for some reason. I also did a fresh install of Windows 10 a few times. YMMV

Hello guys, After looking on the web for several days, I unsinstall it all (launcher and game), I reinstalled it in different location and I am still having the same issue, that I am pretty sure it's server side problem:
I am in Argentina and when I am in my map, the game crash giving me the Delta 03 error and if my friends are with me in my session, they crash too. But, If I am in any of their sessions (europe and different areas from US and Canada) I dont crash.
Any idea where should I go to see if there is any solution for this issue?

its pretty much either a ubisoft issue or a networking issue on ur end. since u don't crash in europe servers, maybe its more of a ubisoft issue.
u can post it on the ubi forums, but don't expect an immediate solution.

my chat window disappeared yesterday, still hasn't shown back up, it is turned on in gameplay options, but Ive toggled it off and on to make sure, doesn't even show up in customize UI
I have no ability to chat anymore, it is completely gone. I cannot find the chat window anywhere. I've tried resetting everything to default and verifying integrity of game files. Please assist

It comes back on when I turn 'anchor UI' on, but I can't move it anywhere. It just sits in the middle of my screen. and I can't customize HUD when anchor UI is on. I only have one monitor.

Hi guys, I need help about a crash issue in this game. I'm looking for a fix for my friend because he doesn't use discord and I recently stumbled on this discord server while browsing the net for a fix.

So here's the problem, he's a new player and haven't started yet cuz the crash is hindering him to do so. As I said he's a new player, a new player with no gameplay time at all, his crash occurs after the "connecting to division network," it hits 100 and it directs him to that settings which lets him adjust his brightness and contrast. Now this is where the crash begins, once he clicks the screen, the game will crash and will direct him to his desktop, no "oh no, division 2 crashed" error pops up.

So he goes checking in the internet for a fix, he puts the game into windowed mode through the .ini file, uninstall and reinstall all redistributables, because he found this one thread in reddit, and updated his gpu drivers and windows, no luck :/, he then found another thread on reddit that states that downgrading your gpu driver might help, he tried, no luck aswell, running out of options, he stumbled upon the -dx11 argument command thingy, he puts it on division 2 through uplay and properties, and that's where the "oh no div 2 crashed" appears.

As a last resort I told him that he should uninstall and reinstall the game in another path because maybe he messed something up inside the div2 folder, then we found out that there'll be a maintenance, now we're clinging on this maintenance for a miracle, if not, Imma tell him to uninstall and reinstall. But if it crashes again after reinstall, what do you guys suggest doing?

I have an issue, it seems like my bounties are not all loaded to the map, especially Black Tusk ones, non of them shows in my map.
Also daily donation project and some others also not showing up.
(This is a boosted character, and I am at level 40 SHD level 350+)

Alright, here's the full story:
I have an Asus FX504GE laptop with ( i5 8300H | 1050Ti | 8GB 2666) trying the play the game at lowest settings possible and the game still stutter like it's a flipbook movie.
I have tried: setting eveything on lowest possible, like everything on low 50% scale at 720p etc. Tried both DX12 and DX11 minor difference, tried setting the game high priority in nvidia control panel, turning off everything in the background.
Please help, I really like this game and wanna play it daily but its stuttering kept making me restarting over and over again. Thanks

@umbral crypt have u made sure that your laptop is running the game on the 1050Ti and not your integrated graphics card? majority of laptops come with dual graphics card and this is usually the problem. some laptops even have power settings that forces the GPU off and makes the integrated graphics as primary, so make sure to do ur test while power cord is plugged in

um...u sure high performance graphics processor is the 1050Ti? like i know it is the high performance processor, but the integrated chip might be called as the high performance graphics processor in your laptop, i'm just guessing

as a triple check to ensure u are using the correct graphics card take a look in Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings tab, find the game exe and force it to use the nvidia one.

have him try turning off dx12.
if it was already off, have him try lowering the graphics settings and see if there are any crashes.
1080ti is pretty good card, shouldn't be crashing like that, but DX12 crashes are common even on that card

might wanna have him check his card temperatures too when the games been running for a bit. could be a heating/cooling issue.
i typically just let the graphics card fans run at full starting from 70C@ivory ledge

I found out why it stuttering hard, it wasn't the cpu, it was the single channel memory stick maxing out at 95% or even worse, cpu doesn't even hit 70%, gpu at 98%

sometimes when playing the game I get random crashes. as far as I can tell there is NO pattern to these crashes besides them not ever happening inside safe zones. this has been going on for the whole time i have been playing TD2 (not much time, but still.).

Does anyone know how to fix the bug where Keener just sits in cover with 0HP left but the mission doesn't progress?

Edit: I managed to fix it myself. Just had to kill him without using jammer.

Spoilers for lvl 30 ||I am so freaking mad rn. I played the Stronghold for over an hour and i finished it. When the cutscene played and when the Black Tusk guys came to the city, i had to choose the specialization in the White House. When i pressed space to choose it, the game lost connection, reconnected and i was in front of the Stronghold, like i didn't complete it... ||Any suggestions? And contacting support is not gonna be able to solve my issue since live chat isn't available and i can't wait hours to get a response, leading into more waiting, etc.

@drifting slate does the icon for the stronghold show that you haven't completed it, does it let you choose between different difficulties or does it only show story mode

BRUH YOUR "rECKLESS fIREBUGS" NEUTRALIZE THE TARGET mAGUIRE AND tORRES -> is bugged, im on top of the roof but theyre not there, like they can't spawn, nades at doors wont help, restarting only fails the bouty (sry for caps thought i was writin in normal)

Dunno if anyone else is having this issue on PC, But Survivalist Xbow bolts, and Demonlitionist Grenade launchers explosions are not working, Xbow is only sometimes, but I used 2 full clips of Demo ammo and not a single grenade went off.

So earlier today I picked up a new monitor. The Gigabyte Aorus FI27Q-P 27". This monitor comes with all kinds of new graphical features built in. This includes HDR (which The Division 2 can use if the monitor has it). Of course when my monitor kicks in the HDR to The Division 2 it causes a strange side effect: it switches the audio feed from my 5.1 speaker system to the speakers inside the monitor. In-game, The Division 2 has no way of switching this back in any of the menus or in the game. Does anyone else own this monitor or 1 with HDR and has run into the same issue?

Almost 10 year old specs
Gigabyte GA-H87-D3H (LGA1150)
i5-4670
Kingston 2 x 4GB DDR3 (800mhz)
Zotac 1050 Mini
Game installed on a fresh 256GB SATA SSD
Running on all Low/Disabled with DX11, overlay disabled.

Loading into game and starting up is smooth but in World every 5 minutes I will run into a 3 second freeze and my character rubber bands 5 step back doing a moonwalk motion.

Anyone got this problem? What could be wrong? Is my system really too slow for this game?

Anyone has the problem of discord voice not working when ingame, for me it only works if I join a voicechat before launching the game, but if I rejoin into another voicechat it just doesn't work. I can hear people but it's like my mic is muted(I have tried launching discord as admin, doesn't work)

Anyone newly having start-up crashes? Game Loads but as soon as it goes full screen it crashed and asks to send a crash report.

Have not updated drivers or windows updates. Played a few days ago and have been fine for months.
Verified Files and Same thing

Who do I contact to get my stinger outfit from the friend referral program, I've ran 3 missions with 2 different recruits and I have yet to receive my rewards. I followed the steps exactly as shown and it's been over 24 hours.

@lofty heart you have reached max i.e. there is no more blueprints in the pool, which can be obtain via cp 3 or 4 lvl.

@lofty heart some of them are locked to side missions. Check crafting table, it will tell you how to get that blueprints.

So, i found a small bug, not too much trouble. On the creating table, if the blueprint for the CMMG Banshee is locked, i noticed a typo in the red area. Where other blueprints would say "Control Points of Alert Lvl 3 or higher," it says "Control Points of Alert Lvl 3 or highter"

So a few days ago I had a problem where my game would crash on start;. the problem was that Overlay was enabled in uplay... with it off I have no issues. but with this on my game either crashes on load, or crashed 5-10min after starting...

@hushed scroll click the 3 horizontal lines in the top left corner. Then "Settings" -> General. There is "enable in-game overlay for supported games".

Glad they are fixing the raid cheat so players can't go in at razorback and get credit for the entire raid, but there is another issue now. If a player who goes in at the beginning of the raid and legitimately works through gets DELTA at some point, they won't be able to joint the raid again. There really should be a way for players who start the raid to actually finish the raid if they get booted. Let's see what this patch really brings.

Anyone know why I would have 10fps with a 10980xe and 2080ti? I can only play on low settings and it's 50fps or so. I was getting like 100+ on my old 8700k and 1080ti. Every other game runs fine.

the new weekly mission with the exotic cache is showing up as completed for me, even though i haven't done anything with it yet. i checked everywhere and i dont have the cache. still have my resources too. i don't think there is much i can do here
