I use a tinkerer OD build but with CHC/CHD as gear attributes instead of status effects. Ceska bag with wicked and gr9 as main with sadist and pressure point as secondary talent. Once I proc the OD talent it gives my team a good buff and I get 95% amplified damage + 18% weapon damage which stays active all the time no matter what

Ya a few things on what was mentioned above.

• The Bleed DOT is lowest dmg of all the DOTs
• No DOT is worth investing status effect unless your scaling its base dmg some how (aka Skill Tiers for Skill)
• OD strength is being able to output so much dmg without having to stack so it’s standard DPS build otherwise.

i have 4 tick builds. that i usually rotatate around. not fancy trying new ones.

The first we call it triple tick pesti and that one is fine it’s a build that’s in the guides same with the 2nd one other than having so many blues and having PGC is weird to see but like I’ve said before once you can farm the red it’s a really good build. It’s my open world PvE build.

The last 2 is very meh due to it not being more crit focus.
OD DPS is very powerful.

each marked kill generates stacks, stacks are based off all skills and allies that damage that marked npc. solo you can only get 3 stacks per kill (weapon+2 damage skills), but in groups you can get a max of 12 stacks per marked kill if team all has damage skills and hits marked npc. theoretically. realistically you can generate 6-8 stacks reliably in group from each marked kill.

Oh… I just swapped in whatever hotshot gear I had, switched on my CHC pieces and went to experiment. I only say it’s the best ‘sniper’ I used because I found myself in a situation for a few times where I was literally surrounded and having a LMG got me killed. Every single time I thought I’d die because that happened with the LMG. Think I’m at 50% CHC and 100% CHD excluding diamondback’s speciality

I just have to utilize the reloading feature more because it sometimes doesn’t choose the ‘right’ target to kill for the CHC specialty

you can basically slap tech class+memento on any damage build and have reasonable skill damage with good weapon damage. thatll give you 2 skilltiers while also maintaining 6 red cores. striker or nego with memeto will tear stuff up

for example, between capacitor and memento your skills could have 90% skill damage before factoring in the rest of the build

Youre losing more sustained damage by taking Equalizer over Ceska oblit in raid/legendary/master settings. Equalizer would slot best in High end AR builds or heroic content and below. It also nerfs your mag damage a bit too
