One thing I’ll mention is the chest is very hard to make use of outside of legendary and Incursion, especially when not running the backpack to boost its value

Yes, reroll to DTOC. That's the best hard hitting attribute for a DPS weapon.

You won't get lower than 87-90% of the max.

It’s about if it’s worth it to you, the rolls aren’t bad but it would still be about a 4% increase assuming both are maxed out.

If you don’t play a lot, and aren’t doing content where you need the extra damage you’d get from it, than it’s rather pointless and honestly a waste.

man i love this bug. my six12 with brazen and pummel on it does about the same amount of damage per pellet as an M870 with no damage talent active. and its a 1.0 mil vs. 1.6 mil shotgun. i'll play with six12 all day over 5 round slow reload M870 with this bug going

The WD will give you a higher cap, and while HSD is typically preferred if you’re going for first shot damage, it might not be enough, especially depending on the build.

All these are the best methods to grind a Ceska piece for Striker's

There's red future for countdown. Passively giving 25% TWD to up to 7 teammates is huge. Generally people are spread out and don't need a healer anyways, so you can run a red crit version that's would put out more DPS than that TP build while providing the team vastly more damage/support

Also running technician and standing next to your own hive/skill is a very easy way to prevent getting emped.

if your golan isnt able to be rolled yellow core, you can use eletrique that has status effects and native yellow main core

just to add, fire can doubledip status effects and skill damage. the skill damage would need to be stacked before using fire skill. stacking capacitor before hitting npc with a sticky/chem will have a big impact on your fire ticks.

fastest shd levels will be from grinding controlpoints on repeat. i wouldnt grind anything lower than challenging since that difficulty will allow you to unlock blueprints while grinding xp.

the numbers posted arent gonna cut it for building shd level tho.
take advantage of the pinned spreadsheet in this channel, there are quite a few solid builds. striker or hotshot(sniper) setups can have you breezing through heroic controlpoints. striker is capable of hitting 1m+ crits, and hotshot capable of hitting 25m-30m headshots when either is built correctly.

another option is a basic turret/drone (afk) build. it will be slower than the above mentioned but will reliably clear out heroic content.

drop the gloves and the chest. tip of the spear and 5th striker piece are doing nothing. replace tots pc with a striker piece or use a grupo glove. striker chest is also wasted on a general striker build. chest is good but only when you have a lot of tanky enemies since it doubles stacks.
use ceska obliterate chest, grupo or coyote mask for the off piece.
use critical chance weapon mods/rolls/gear mods (in that order) to get at or close to 60% critical hit chance. all other rolls should be critical hit damage.

Yes they are available, but need to be farmed or crafted. Some vendors may be selling mid rolled mods that you can use until you get some max rolls to drop.
If you need the weapon crit chance attachments you can get the blueprints from completing challenging control points (level 3).

Chances are the hsd isnt worth unless it's a main focus.
Generally after you have enough weapon damage /crit you would loot at what total weapon damage/amps you can add (like oblit, glass, spotter vigilance), or you would look at unique sources of dta/dttooc like contractors or foxs.
Seeing the build will let us know pretty quickly what will fit or not.

If using Elmo's I put at least one or two CHC mods to deal as much dmg as possible.

Use a tech support bag since turret/drone... tech support has a long duration so it's easy for turret/drone to keep it up a majority of the time

Force multiplier is good, I use it on a mortar build, but it requires a lot of upkeep. For turret/drone tech support will keep your skills buffed for a lot longer

Yea, you gotta find items with the desired talents, and extra those talents into the library. This destroys that item, but you can then add that talent onto other items (for a small cost of resources).

if you are at 59chc on this build, then it means youre using a couple chc mods/rolls. i would swap to ceska and replace 2 of the chc rolls/mod with chd. youll basically be trading the 15%chd from grupo, for an extra 24%chd in the rolls and still being around 57%chc, if im not mistaken 🤔 .

So here's my thing with HB

It's super strong, with the buffs active. But once the bonus armor is gone you have to wait for the stacks to go down to build more

That being said, I would improve on HB by using a HE chest at least or both chest and bp

Its weakness is the ramping and at max stacks when you can't gain anymore armor
