If you want to go max damage you'll need to use high end pieces. You'll still have a lengthy cooldown tho. Hardwire lets you send seekers out every 10 seconds but at a lower damage.

First part. when you use a armour kit, theres a 75% chance that you get the armour kit back after using it. Ex. you use a medkit while in a fight with 3 kits left. after that kit is used you have a 75% chance of still having 3 kits.

Second part. Specialization kits are boosted by 100%. Ex. firewall medkit heals 200% armour and whatever the fuck health over 10 seconds. firewall doubles it. so 400% armour, health who cares
