Unique and better chat appearance
Leader is the most efficient higher ranking officer must have unique buffs like R4 that benefice his members as a king or chat appearance at least something better than something.
The leadership is what matters the most and their presence is unique either in wars, negotiations or deals.
Let's stop getting annoyed with getting a councelor buff or others it's meant for lower ranks .. and it's supposed to be for normal kind.
R5 are so few among players its so cool to see them having t5 or t4 earlier than the rest so they can be as cool as they already are and have greater appearance in battle.
