In my current kvk my KL opens up on a monday. Please change it to a FRIDAY (after 0 utc so everyone's off by then or the very least not a monday?!?). Not that complicated Lilth. What's the point of playing/farming/SPENDING for MONTHS for a kvk where the most important part of the kvk (game) starts on a MONDAY where most people are working/in school. It makes playing this game POINTLESS if essentially I can't even play the game I spend my money/time on.

you're just realizing when KL is now?

Yes, I haven’t had any issues with KL opening until now. I was under the impression that it was designed to begin on either a Friday or Saturday. Starting it on a Monday is impractical, as most players are unable to take multiple days off work to participate. Scheduling it over the weekend would make far more sense. Opening it on a weekday negatively impacts the KVK experience for a large portion of the player base.

That's on you

You can usually get a general idea of when kl is even before you start kvk

#

Besides, not all kl are on monday, are you proposing a general change, or just griping about KL being on a monday, which you've known about for a month...?

I’m not part of leadership or involved in any KVK planning or scheduling decisions. As a regular player, I don’t have a say in when a kingdom queues, how matchmaking works, or when Kingsland ends up opening.

To give some context, I’m in one of the kingdoms affected in this KVK. My kingdom was max skipped and forced into a matchup because no suitable match was available (1316-3672-2666-2748-1394, etc) This wasn’t a decision we made, it's just how the system handled it.

This isn’t about not knowing when KL would open. Knowing the date a month ahead doesn’t suddenly make a monday a good day to play on. Most people still have work or school, and that doesn’t change just because the date was visible earlier.

What I’m talking about is a system level issue, not a one off complaint. Kingsland should only be able to open on a Friday (after 00:00 UTC) or over the weekend. That timing fits how most players actually play the game. I honestly thought this was already the case since I’ve never run into a Monday or an early weekday opening before.

From a regular player’s perspective, it’s hard to see how starting the most important part of KVK on an early weekday benefits anyone. I may have vented a bit in my last post, but the underlying problem still needs to be fixed. I don’t expect my KL opening date to change, other players shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of frustrating experience.

What kd you in that you're being put with/matched with imps yet are max skipping?

#

I get what you're saying about it being inconvenient, but that's just how it works, most people either take off a day (most kl barely last a day or two) or have a, you know, 🧑‍✈️ till they get home

#

Maybe with the fixed pass opening time they could incorporate something to make kl on a thurs or friday

Pass open times/days vary based on the format and if you had pre kvk in or out of lk.
Also affected by up to 2 chronicles, format dependant.
