These are max commanders xi(553 Universal), Guan(590 Universal), Attila (684 universal) ,Nevsky(606), YSS(496),William(591), Scipio prime(661), Other commanders like saladin, takeda, constantine,ysg, genghis. el cid. mehmed, ceaser,fred are maxed but i dont know how many heads i put in them for maxing at that time
