If you intend to kill yet another event (first was Shadow Legion which appears once in a lifetime nowadays) replacing 7k for this event, please don't.

This event sucks, its chests being scattered all across events will probably mean we will have to use those events currencies to get them instead of the items we usually do (ruining other events as well) and I won't be surprised if later levels end up being locked behind a paywall (forcing us to use gems in desert tracks to get cakes for high tier chests or other sources) since there's a 50 chests cap per day.

If it was the default 7k event I would probably be around level 5 or 10 by now, in this event I barely hit two so far and given your track record of gatekeeping events I'll be surprised if I finish it.

OG 7k has more value as well since we also get more items dropped from barbs while we grind and is a reason to do barbs since people usually do mostly forts during off season.

We don't need the 7k back, we need them to not limit chest. 50 a day that give 10 point each bring us to 5000 for the entire event. That barely cover a couple level of rewards. Only whale are actually going to be able to get all rewards from this event and even then, shit anniversary

Chances are we get 7K in 1 month for Halloween events

I'd be happier with 7K event if you could make progress with forts or if the higher AP cost of KvK barbs meant higher event item drops (not to mention the home KD barbs changed to higher AP cost)

What they actually did with it, is remove the boxes that gave 1.6x event items each time, and they increased how much RSS you need to gather to get a box.

The Elysian Treasures event sucks too, but at least they aren't constantly pushing you to grind more or login excessively

In addition, it's historically accurate to have hundreds of cakes sitting around on the battlefield.

i do agree that this is a good new event, but this fuckass limit really ruins it

If this event was supposed to replace the 7k tree, they killed the best f2p event

I got 100% of all possible chests in all events and I'm only at level 6, in a 7k tree I would have already finished it

he was 100% right, the highest levels just behind the pay wall

and this event gives less rewards than the 7k tree
