It’s very hard to have only marches of one troop type because the commander get power crept by new commander
Since you have 1 new commander for open field for troop type each year,if you introduced a leadership commander that is versatile like Philip,so each troop type could have a fresh pair

But for f2p and low spender is a option to max faster the crystal technology
