We kindly request that LILITH transfer an amount of gems to officers for their work behind the scenes in order to keep Alliance/Kingdom organized. For most officers, this is work they would pursue as a second job outside of their actual career.

ofc there are different levels to it some are just there to help and for others they are rlly proactive and organize and some just do a lot but not really proactively
