Currently there are no gathering inscriptions that boost rss gathering except for gold. Give a new formation with wood/food/stone gatherered after completing a node ( example get 10% more rss after gathering a node)

What "HKZ" is asking is for a formation that does just that. I am not fully sure what you are saying, but please follow along.

I understand, but his proposition was a "New" formation that would basically be worse than the one we currently have, since as you mentioned he didn't include gold.
Where it did feel like he may be talking about the stats on armaments more so than inscription or formation. I still felt like it was something to point out.
With that said, as the person above mentioned, it will simply make getting the gold stat harder as well as troop load. What would be a better suggestion is to change the "Gold Gathering Speed" -> "Resources Gathering Speed"

The counter argument to this is yes in most scenarios it is worse but some people do specialize their farms to farm specific things like food, wood, stone so for certain characters it would be better

I do that but IMO the focus should stay with gold because while I do specialize my farms I still send one march in each of them to the gold pit where they stay for most of the day (or days).
I also don't put alarms to send farmers out as soon as they return home (the whole farm thing already is a burden without that), I send them out like 2, sometimes 3 times a day (have 14 farms, one more in the slowly making) so micromanage the other stats isn't really relevant to me.
Wouldn't oppose break Line Formation into specialized formations for each resource with their inscriptions and stats focused on that resource, IMO that would be the best solution to please everyone.

Not sure how to break it to you but 10% gathering speed boost is doing actual zero to increase rss acquisition on farms, you are not sending them back out the instant they return from gathering ever.
(also gathering speed bonuses are additive like everything else so its not actually a 10% decrease in time to gather a node.)
