My available options for primary's are mina, Charles Martel, Richard, sun tzu, bjorn, and city keeper. Everybody else are peacekeepers.

My available secondaries are cao cao, joan, aethel, and sundeok and baibars

Use mina+baibars, richard+joan, cm+bjorn, tzu+aeth and get an archer march for the last pairing. Kuso+imho is the best cheap option. Until then you can run city Keeper seondeok

Bc you listed her as an option haha id rather us scipio for example but if you dont have him at a decent spot then seon is a fine gap filler. Nice rage decution and decent damage
