#Change the reports back

This governor made a very important and valid suggestion, and here you are making a complaint. Complaining has never gotten a suggestion added.
like how the fuck does that even get approved 😭
the reports are just lying to us atp
I agree on having the option to toggle it - or make it the percentage style for SOC and the new way for early game. the percentage is equally useless early game imo
Why is it different early game? It shows you how well youre doing
where did he write it?
it's more of a player psychology thing than anything else. it wasn't fun getting "braving the odds" reports in kvk1 even though we were winning whatever objective because I got tapped by a t5 or whatever other small mistake. I would be feeling good about how long I lasted in a ruins fight or how much better I did with technique and boom 20% it felt bad and wasn't fun. it might help if those reports had a percentage for each individual encounter rather than a summary especially in things like ruins where you fight to sad face.
also to be totally fair I haven't yet seen the new reports - all I can speak to is my experience with the prior ones
I agree with the part that people tend to avoid battles if they see it as a loss, but the previous system allowed us to understand how well are our marches performing. I guess it’s better for the game to hide it, but I would still like to see at least some summary report (e.g. every 24 hours at least the end of the zone / altar fight).
It's less about the visual representation and more what the visual representation displays.
Taking a bad report isn't bad because it's a bad report, it doesn't even reflect poorly on ones skills, as they just happen because there's no way to control where your march rotates, if lag happens, or when the 5-6-7 marcher targets you rage loaded or not... but what it does represent is the underlaying issue of it's cost.
We don't see, I lost that battle... We see There goes 80M resources.... and several days of seed ups... and that is the bad taste.
Now, the old style has the unfortunate side effect of bombarding you with this bad news visually, causing the psychological drain and souring your mood, but likely because of what I mentioned above, not because you 'lost' the trade. We'd probably all be less bothered by a bad trade if the cost wasn't so harsh, worsened by the fact the hits can come in what feels like an instantaneous and undefendable burst, particularly on those accounts less well off in resources and speed ups.
Total annihilation. Dominant Victory.... All insanely bad negative trades
The units cleared (slightly wounded) is super high so that's a good report if it's for objectives
I would argue there is a benefit in showing negative trades because it can break the morale of an enemy and help you win, if they aren't willing to keep taking it. The problem is newer less established players and smaller accounts are always on the back foot. However that's what you get when comms/gear/armaments are given out based on time played or spending and the game is old with a very strict meta (no room to innovate builds)
tbf shit trade but you did wrll
its just slight wounds mean nothing
whoever is fucking downvoting this just doesnt know how to field fight
a toggle button would be amazing, some people like to be lied to and pretend they are doing well where as others like to actually see how they are trading
it only shows you bad news visually or drains you psychologically if you are either really weak or dont know how to fight. but you need to know that otherwise you will never improve. this new way just gives you a false representation of what is actually happening, people need to properly see how well they are doing to get better
Yea this is getting down voted
just because every report you get is 40%🙏
yeah, would rather have nothing show than what it shows now
at the very least, put the % into the actual report when you click on it!
i mean thats a 200% report in the old system, it's off KP gain difference
its a 50% report in the old
yeah i mean kills is a shit way to measure it
oh sure, youre right i read it backwards...need sleep
yeah that's wild that it shows that as 'total annihilation' lol
hahaha dw
