I'm thinking about getting back into the game, and I keep hearing a lot about sleepers. How bad would it be if I just created a new account and started playing in whatever kingdom I land in?

Imo, You don't need to be in a project to have good results. Like Logic dude, he makes his accounts on a kingdom he wants without a project
But I would prefer for you to join a project if you can for the best/better results
