Light hearted feature - Pets

Hello,

I would like to propose something a bit more light hearted and different.

I think it would be a great idea to introduce pets in our city. Preferably cats! And they could come in special seasonal events, or something you need to work towards to unlock. You could even give them a buff, nothing crazy maybe a 2% gathering speed or RSS production, even a small march boost, and they could just be walking around your city. Or something similar to the commanders that pop into the city and you have to give them food for a little reward. It would be a fun little add in I think.

The picture that's uploaded is where I got the idea from, I was reading in the World Wanderer about the Chinese cat history these cats are so cute, so it started me thinking about this. 😁
