Post Guidelines

  1. Keep your title easy to read
    Title Format: Event City & Country_Date_Title of the event
    Example: Cologne, Germany_Nov 13th, 2023_RoK player meetup

  2. Be detailed. Please describe your event in the post, including but not limited to:

Venue - you don't have to list the specific address if you don't want, but please list the specific district and what kind of venue it will be.
Language - What language is the event going to be in?
Agenda - A rough plan for the event, what participants can expect.
Attendees - Info on who are the attendees, if they are from any specific kingdoms, if any well-known player is attending, etc.
Host introduction - Who is the host, a brief intro about yourself sometimes would help with attracting participants.
Style of the event - What's going to be the style of the event, is it casual? party? formal? etc.

  1. Avoid using any link, discord invites may get auto removed. Ask players who are interested in the event to leave a message, then confirm their attendance and info through dms.

  2. Tags are mandatory to filter events in different regions.

  3. We recommend post your event only after you have a rough schedule and date decided.

  4. All posts should follow the rules of this server and RoK's ToS. Posts that break the rules will get removed.
