We are currently top 2/3 alliance with 5 tier 1 sanctums and plan to get 4 tier 2. As I am one of the lower powered members, is it a good idea to use all of my speedups to get as far as I can and train more troops ? Or should I wait for an event and perhaps lose my alliance spot (who knows ..)
