just train from scratch because the total speedups used and resources consumed is the same for both

Besides the obvious elephant in the room which is spending, there is a few things you can consider

• Use your regularly generated activity points on forts within home kingdom, barb chaining during later zones (higher levelled barbs) within Lost kingdom (KVK)
• Balance the use between your city progression and your saving goals, having Speedups essentially come from saving them and tend to be required for healing during fights
• maximise events, do all of them
• aim for an alliance with a high activity and eventually spending. The game has shared benefits through activity (alliance gift chests) and spending (shared gacha chest) of which both contain speedups
