If you are on alliance territory you won't be attacked in the lost kingdom.

The only way you can be attacked is if you are off territory.

So two conditions basically:
No territory at all
On wrong alliance territory

*Small tip, if the flag is about to go down with extremely low durability you can get imprisoned (can't teleport) and be zeroed if you have war frenzy still so just another thing to look out for.
