Tavern commanders will be all you'll have for KvK 1, there's some wheel of fortune commander but they're not good for fighting in KvK 1, depends on your spending you'll do well enough with WoF commanders in KvK 2 or not, but the recommendable general way to go about this is to run Sun Aeth and save for an expertised or nearly expertised commander in KvK 1-2, then later on wheel of fortune will become the way u get your commanders most of the time but that's once in KvK 3 or SOC

You're better off doing sun aeth and not worrying about anything but about being able to exp 2 commanders by SOC or if the meta doesn't move too much 1 and a half

So the main alliances can farm and have space. Those alliance not on Z3 are often considered useless or of too low power to get right. So they only let the strongest ones inside of Z3 for better nodes and such.
