Ideally you wanna get City Hall level 17 within 1 week, get the hospitals and the gold mines at around level 17 as well, since they give a good bit of power tbf

A good chunk of the 1.5M should come from there, you also want to get as high commander power as u can (basically getting your commanders up quickly, maybe splitting early investment to get the most out of it, like, say, get Sun to 30 and then all your blues and greens to 30 as well AS AN EXAMPLE)

Then you get tier 3 units, all of them, they're like 2 days each, so u want to rush CH 16 ASAP and upgrade gold mines and hospitals relatively passively and then go CH 17 and push them all to 17, at the same time u do tech, you want to get to T3 asap so u can research them without using speeds on them, they're like 2 and a half days each iirc

And u train troops, don't push troops unless you're very close to hitting 1.5M thou, it's generally not worth it unless you're going from t3 to t4 or t4 to t5

I'm considering you're not spending, if you are, this should be easily achievable

If not, I recommend u do fog like a maniac, get it done in 3 days max, claim all the tribal villages and most importantly the high level caves first then medium ones

That should give a fairly decent amount of speeds and vip points amongst other things

Try to download both versions. In phone try to get the international version and the gamota version both at once, u should be able to do it since I've seen people do it. For what regards PC, try to download both again, gamota and the other, if you say it opens the gamota version, then I guess it may be IP locked. Try to log into your account on both and see if it lets u do so in both. Basically what I'm saying is. What you've tried but again really lol, just try to get international off somewhere and same with gamota and try to log onto both and whichever it works then that one it is. I don't know if in the viet version you guys have the flag, but my friends play on viet accounts and have a flag on the top right of the RoK icon so I'd figure yours should too.
